As much as I like modern homes, this was a really refreshing home tour, showing more traditional yet elegant design that made creative use of the lot. The architect did an elegant job of creating a warm, inviting home design that facilitates a modern lifestyle.

Stunning house; flat out one of the best you've toured in the LA area. So cozy and rare and classy, unlike a lot of the white boxes / ultra modern homes you see elsewhere around LA. Beautiful house! I've been watching your channel for about 2-3 years now and this is one of the best tours I've seen! Please keep showing houses like this
For the first time, I’m seeing a mansion that truly gives off the warmth of a home. Out of all the houses you've toured so far, this is definitely my favorite. It’s not like those typical modern houses; instead, it carries a warmth within while also being elegant and modern, with a lightness that soothes you every time you look at it. I could genuinely imagine someone living here for a lifetime.
@@EnesYilmazer it's lovely 😊 these ones always make me think about what it takes to create that next pop culture product that can land you in a property like that 😎

My favourite house yet. It’s just beat the Mexico cliff house into second place. The first view of the house from the drive gives an ‘English cottage does LA’ vibe, beautifully designed and decorated. Just superb, Enes. Thank you, and thank you Dave.
The bathrooms in this home, the kitchen, the living space, the office, the sincernised fountains, the list goes on and on. Love the interior of this home! We love you Enes!
Honestly, I follow both Enes (I have for years actually and am very loyal here), and as of 7 months ago, follow Arvin too! I love watching both of their channels because regardless of what both say, we get to decide and learn about what matters to us personally when purchasing a property! Some faults found don't matter to others and some highlights of beauty for a residence also don't matter to others. It's a great way to educate ourselves on the entire thought process of purchasing and I plan to continue following and supporting both channels! Thank you both for your amazing work!

At last dear Enes! After a while a house that exudes warmth, a real home, without anything superfluous, without this pretentious unnecessary and provocative display of wealth, struggles to escape from the awful neo-rich aesthetics! I really enjoyed this video of yours, and you vindicated me that even though for so long, you have wallowed in bad taste, you still have that something for which me and my wife have loved and followed you faithfully for so many years❤
That front yard is off another level. That landscaping makes it like you are entering in some sort of utopia. It just shows that money can not buy good taste, a lot of passion went into the design and you can tell they really care. After seeing so much of your video's Enes, I felt your genuine excitement right away.

Stunning Mansion. Very classy and stylish with a strong personal touch. Not just a way overdesigned property with no "home" feeling. This place is very calm and warm. It feels quiet peaceful and elegant. One of my favorite homes of all the homes you presented.
Hi Enes, I really loved this house, the modern English country design, I love how they did the exterior of the house, to give the feel of an English country cottage. Perfect. Also, it was a nice change from the pure modern clean lines where every detail fades into the walls. You can never find the kitchen, so this was a really nice change. Well done Cody as usual. Thanks for showing us this one. Love from N.Y.
You're totally forgiven to not know who that little Star Wars character was in that theater, he's fairly new. His name is Grogu (aka Baby Yoda). He's from the same species as Yoda. He was introduced in The Mandaorian Disney+ series. Also we share a common love for Ghostbusters. It's the first movie I saw in theaters. Also I really do love that house. This is a lovely home with amazing views. The bathrooms, home office, movie theatre, primary bedroom and kids bedroom make this property stand out.Modern farmhouse. That pink couch is stunning! Night tour is 👌😁. Thanks for the tour Enes.
Y'know, it's great that this Director has such a nice place to take time away from deflecting harassment claims, approving new kinds of paid DLC, and squashing attempts at improving worker's rights. They just don't spend enough time focusing on themselves!
Tons of style and pure and understated English elegance , which are the exact things that are synonymous with this architectural style. Thank you, Enes, for another very enjoyable and entertaining entry.
Another wonderful video. Really enjoyed some of the elements of this property. Arvin was right-the production value and quality of your tours are top notch. Look forward to the next one!!
Bravo, Dave Antony! I can see how your great imagination, required for designing very successful computer games, maps, perfectly, onto creating a timeless and very memorable estate, which is what your home is.
LOL! I commented the same-there’s nothing about this place that says ‘English country estate.’ It’s a lovely house, but it’s far from resembling a grand manor house you’d expect in the English countryside.
I can see where they've taken inspiration from English period (various) houses, but it is very far from a reproduction of a English country cottage, estate or manor. While not my tastes I actually quite like how they've worked those elements into a modernist design so as to give character, warmth and a sense of connection to what is often a quite sterile design, but it is a long way from the quaintness or period elegance of classic English styles.
@@Rroff2 to me it's more American Farmhouse in style and that's ok, just acknowledge it for what it is. I'm building a home so have been watching too many interior design videos and the 'farmhouse' things seems to be in its way out which makes me think they are trying to market this differently. It's a nice house, not my style either.
There are so many great features with this house. The colours are muted to allow anyone to customize any room they want without having to change a floor, wall colour, or ceiling. Each room is laid out in the appropriate size. No one spends that much time in the bedroom (unless you are teenager). Having grown up all over Canada, I have lived in many different houses but my favourite was the "side split". Multi layered homes allow both privacy and the ability to refresh your mood by going to areas of the home. There is nothing ostentatious here. The wow factor is that there is nothing offensive. The lot is a manageable size that would not require weekly maintenance but rather seasonal visits. Lastly, I really think these types of homes should have an elevator but in this case there is a bedroom on the main floor for visiting seniors. A truly brilliant design for a family. Thank you team Enes for sharing this stunning property. It should sell very quickly.
Spend a few day in LA and you'll be happy you're just visiting. There are too many people packed to tightly together. The whole area is way too overcrowded.
It's impressive how you cover a mega mansion to little cozy homes with equal enthusiasm and same attention to the details. I really like the fact that you mention some technical details about the architecture or the structure of the property. It really makes your presentation authentic and also shows your commitment to bring best information about the property to your viewers. I really adore the respect you show to each and every property you showcase. Having said that I also think that it must be daunting and taxing effort to present such huge and expensive properties. There must be tons of weight on your shoulder to present it in the best light. You must always focus on good things and present in a way that will help to bring these properties to the attention of potential buyers. How do you keep yourself unbiased and put the effort to present the true worth of the property? Would you ever comment on the video about some features that you thought were not up to the mark or might have been improved? For example at 12:30 time stamp of this video you could comment that since the property is still new there are still pain satins on the floor (obviously stating that they will soon be removed) or mention that one of the tile is cracked. It's just a thought, I still love all the videos you post and always look forward for a new one.
As amazing as it is to potentially live in a modern, luxury home like in the Bird Streets - ultimately a warmer, timeless home like this one is something I think most people would feel more comfortable in. It's so warm, inviting and classic. Will definitely age very well. Added to my never ending dream home list on Redfin
Enes always shows properties at their best. However some large properties look more like show homes and not rooms where you can just crash and relax. This house is the exception, every room was warm inviting and somewhere you can forget about the stresses of everyday life. Well done to the designer and architects. Look forward to your next tour. 😉
Nice to see a home covered here that looks actually lived in and not cleaned up because it's up for sale. The vibes alone are quite different and much warmer when the space hasn't been over-curated as is often the case with properties for sale.
This is the type of house where you could feel like you've been living there for years after just one week of moving in. It gives the feeling of home, not a showroom. I love the design elements, the high ceilings, and the overall mood created by the play on different palettes. A moment of silence for that dusk transition...
This is basically my perfect dream home. I've always wondered what I would design if I had the opportunity to afford a home like this. It's big enough to have a family in, host events, dinners, and holidays. However, not so big that if I lived alone, it would feel too vast. It's a near perfect example of maximizing space and an attention to detail. The only thing I would change is the country cottage aesthetic. I prefer a more Mediterranean aesthetic, but that's about it.
I thought that I have found my favortie real estate so far on this channel a few years ago but i have to think again watching this video =))) Everything in this property is enough. Minimalism and bold choice of color at same time, modern yet also traditional. It makes me feel it's more a home than a property. One detail that I really like and few houses have is the curved corner of the island in the kitchen. Maybe I'm a bit overthinking but watching houses with sharp edges on furniture really gets me worried :) ANyway, great work as always from Enes and the team
In this video, you said "tasteful" a lot and I could not agree more. It is a gorgeous house that also looks like a house you can actually live in, have children and pets, receive family, ... And great video production and presenation as always :)
"The details, Enes! What do they mean?!" I had no idea that some veteran video game developers do have good taste in houses, because I often imagine them less having mansions and more having personal gaming arcades. This might be my all time favorite house that you featured because of how subdued it looks compared to most others I have seen before.
I really enjoyed watching this video. The house is absolutely stunning, with such a unique and beautiful design. I loved very detail of each room and how spacious and elegant everything looked. It's the kind of place that I dream of owning one day. Just feels so warm and inviting. Some details on the outside reminds me of an english cottage.

Just skimming the comments and description, can we know who the game developer is or what games they worked on?
Cod black ops
the old ones
David Anthony has owned it since 2009. He was the guy behind Call of Duty Black Ops. But he didn't create COD. Took it over from another developer.
Dave Anthony the writer of the original Black Ops series
This home is exactly that, a home. I love how beautifully simple yet elegant it is. This would be my dream home. Cosy and realistic this home is. Wonderful tour ❤🇦🇺
Thanks for watching! Glad you liked it!
As a Türk, I feel so proud of you and your accomplishments. Amazing, inspirational tours and dare I say THE best. Lots of pride and love from your homeland.
Thank you so much!
@@EnesYilmazer Thank YOU so much 💗
Enes, attention to detail is what I love the most, and you are doing a great job!
Once again Another Awesome Video To Brighten Up Mondays Enes I Appreciate the Hard Work You And Your Great Team Have Put Into every single episode.
Appreciate the love! Thanks for watching and supporting the team!
This is a lovely home with amazing views. The bathrooms, home office, movie theatre, primary bedroom and kids bedroom make this property stand out.Modern farmhouse. That pink couch is stunning! Night tour is 👌😁. Thanks for the tour Enes.
Thanks for the kind words! Glad you loved the tour and the details!
Y'know, it's great that this Director has such a nice place to take time away from deflecting harassment claims, approving new kinds of paid DLC, and squashing attempts at improving worker's rights. They just don't spend enough time focusing on themselves!
It is one of the best, classic and with good taste home. This house is absolutely amazing! Thanks for the tour
Thanks for watching! It was a real treat to tour this house.
The minute I saw the stormtrooper I couldn’t turn it off
Haha, that stormtrooper has quite the presence! Glad it hooked you!
Tons of style and pure and understated English elegance , which are the exact things that are synonymous with this architectural style. Thank you, Enes, for another very enjoyable and entertaining entry.
Imagine the house of the creator of The Sims
Another wonderful video. Really enjoyed some of the elements of this property. Arvin was right-the production value and quality of your tours are top notch. Look forward to the next one!!
We like watching things we can't afford 😂❤
It’s been a while since I watched one of these all the way through without skipping around. Well done. Beautiful home.
I'm glad you enjoyed the tour!
another home to add to my imaginary scenarios
Bravo, Dave Antony! I can see how your great imagination, required for designing very successful computer games, maps, perfectly, onto creating a timeless and very memorable estate, which is what your home is.
Not normally one to be negative but nothing about this property screamed "english country cottage". Im sure my fellow UK viewers will agree.
pretty much just the toilet and the belfast sinks
@@uberstevo in a cottage is expect a shaker style kitchen, Aga range, flagstone floors , lime plaster on the exterior and sash windows.
This house is so lovely!!! Feels like a real home.
That's Grogu in the theater, not Yoda.
Thanks for the correction! Still learning the ways of the galaxy!
Happy more content is popping up. I always look forward to these new videos.
Thanks, glad you enjoy them!
Who's the video game developer???
watch the video fully to find out!
Your Drone approach of the property was absolutely amazing
I love the color palette of the house. The master bedroom view is so relaxing 👍💫
I like the 177 .000,00 dollars in bell air enes because it s my dream but repect the gamer house.
Such a thoughtful breakdown! Thanks for sharing your perspective-glad you loved the tour!
The tradecraft of this house is exceptional - beautiful house. Loved the tour guys, very relaxing and inspiring
Houses like these in LA just make me want to travel here to experience it real. It’s amazing.
Spend a few day in LA and you'll be happy you're just visiting. There are too many people packed to tightly together. The whole area is way too overcrowded.
Definitively one of the best houses toured on this channel. I really enjoyed view this episode!
Definitely feels more like a home than such a big empy house with hundreds of rooms. Amazing review. Please continue doing what you're doing. 👍👏
Packs a punch is a great way to put it. Gorgeous with great variety of spaces. 👏👏👏👏
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
Beautiful episode! I mean all of them. The way you deliver information, it's a top level. You guys deserve the world for your hard work!
Thank you for the kind words! We really appreciate it.
This is the type of house where you could feel like you've been living there for years after just one week of moving in. It gives the feeling of home, not a showroom. I love the design elements, the high ceilings, and the overall mood created by the play on different palettes. A moment of silence for that dusk transition...
What a dreamy home. I love looking at architecture!
Hi Enes! Such a beautiful home and property! It really has an English feeling to the place, I forgot you were in LA! Great job!
Glad you felt the vibe!
Glad you agree! Thanks for watching!
Nice home and well deserved. Black Ops two is still my favorite call of duty and one of the best games I ever played.
Thank you, Enes, you're the best!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Greetings from 🇰🇿❤!
"The details, Enes! What do they mean?!"
I had no idea that some veteran video game developers do have good taste in houses, because I often imagine them less having mansions and more having personal gaming arcades.
This might be my all time favorite house that you featured because of how subdued it looks compared to most others I have seen before.
Glad you like the property!
I’m glad you enjoyed the tour, it’s a truly special home!
Man it feels so good to see you here, was there with you when you weren’t even at 10k subs😂, keep up the good work
Appreciate the love and support since the beginning!
Amazing layout of this house. One that i want to live in one day. Flow of this house is so cool
