The chief prosecutor for the International Criminal Court (ICC) is seeking arrest warrants for both Hamas and Israeli leaders on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity. In response, the U.S. has threatened to impose sanctions on the ICC. What is the next step in the arrest warrants? What will be the impact if the U.S. continues its unwavering support for Israel? The unprecedented bloodshed of the First World War led to the creation of the League of Nations, established by the Paris Peace Conference of 1919 as the first worldwide intergovernmental organization aimed at maintaining peace and collective security. Article 14 League's Covenant called for the establishment of a Permanent Court of International Justice (PCIJ), which would be responsible for adjudicating any international dispute submitted to it by the contesting parties, as well as to provide an advisory opinion upon any dispute or question referred to it by the League of Nations. All member states of the UN (USA included) establish these international laws.

United States of America thinks they own the world. If they have money to supply countries which violates human rights ( a war against humanity) but fail to support own countrymen who are poor like in California, it's how support Genocide rather than lives of the people. As an American, I indeed disapprove of the violence. However, I’m not sure what the better option is. Russia invaded Ukraine without being attacked first, whereas Israel and Gaza are different. However, I do not support Putin being indicted by the ICC for various reasons either (it would spark mass protests in Russia and lead to massive elite infighting over control over oil export revenues, etc. This could jeopardize the security of Russia’s nuclear arsenal, should civil war break out).
So, while this is not a perfect double standard, the US is undoubtedly guilty of double standards on many occasions. Doesn’t mean that its adversaries are innocent, though.

When asked what their alternatives were they usually said they had none, but protestors were as bad or worse than the atrocities.
