I'm Fijian born but grew up in Australia and married to west African. We are told in Fiji our ancestors came from East Africa,Tanzania. Stories passed over the centuries that our ancestors had issues with nearby tribes and moved from central to the coast. They had the same problem in the coast and decided to sail as skills in boat making and navigation gained. Thailand, Malayasia also have Negrito people that live in the bush. Some words and cultural custom we practice are similar to east Africa. One can look at ancient Fijian hair style and garments also. We have seen identical Fijian art patterns with some African tribes. We believe God had sent us out away from everything in preparations for the last days

I love listening to Answers In Genesis. They challenge the status quo- keep it up. Two things to note that it’s not dealt with here but need to be addressed is 1.) the current Japanese people were not the first settlers of Japan. They took over from the Ainu people. This needs to be unpacked. And 2.) the genetic link between the people of South American and the Australian Aboriginals. It seems like there was a migration from Australia to South America. Please look at this and include it in future work.

I lived in Lae, New Guinea for two years. When the tribes assembled for a “Sing-sing”, they were VERY different in looks. Especially the Buka or Booka tribe, whose skin was true black and they were taller than most other tribes. I learned that there are over 600 different dialects among these peoples. It is a true mystery to me how the tribes have maintained separate physical attributes and languages over tens of thousands of years. Perhaps this is important.

References to the sun and moon as gods and orientation of ancient buildings suggest a strong relationship to celestial navigation and seasonal planting/harvesting and behaviors related to the solar equinox.

It's very fortunate that the while Maori middle eastern heritage, and white people in New Zealand when they came, was off the crush radar, and I could find a number of areas/names which Maori could be derived from. If it was a popular thing to be swept under the carpet at that stage, I might not have found much.

He is not thorough enough. We need to start back in time as well, and move forwards. There is genomenomad or something, with videos that do a bit of that. But they are too fast with too little text, but I got an idea my suspicions are correct. If you go to Wikipedia, they center y haplotype F on India/Indus region, with a lot of the haplotype genetic diversity spreading from there. I suspected that it likely could be a range of positions, that the original people need not be the original location. I was suspicious it might be an Indian identity thing. Sure, enough, there is one with a nice radial pattern spread out, and others with locations nearer the caucuses as I suspected. Looking at the ancient DNA spread in those nomad videos, we see that they shove F on a long link then the immediately sub types of F, mainly concentrated near each other in the Caucuses, or near it. Which indicates to me, a likely hood that they started there, and F did, and F could have split off in a other direction, maintaining a separate identity. It's worth looking into.

WAR; One aspect of this dispersion didn't seem to be covered here is the aspect of warring neighbors. Throughout history we have evidence of mans desire for control and mans inhumanity to man.
It's my opinion one driving force in the spread of civilization would have been tribal conflict. More established and stronger tribes gaining possession of desirable lands and the weaker being forced to move out and away for preservation's sake.
In Australia (as in America) we have been told the Aborigines were one unified nation, where in reality there were over 250 tribes many in constant strife with each other. We find many tribes in the interior surviving in grossly inhospitable country. I don't believe they chose these areas by choice when other tribes a hundred or so miles away were dining on mud crab, lobster and barramundi. The need would be to spread out for greener pasture.

Archaeologists used to think that people walked from Siberia through an ice-free passage down Alaska and Canada, reaching the interior of the United States about 13,000 years ago. In recent years, however, well documented earlier sites like Chile's Monte Verde have convinced most archaeologists that humans made it deep into the Americas by 14,500 years ago, meaning that they would have had to cross Canada long before an ice-free corridor existed.
The human foot prints found in White Sand, New Mexico date back to 25,000 years ago.

Interesting but problematic - Went to an Auckland Museum presentation about 10 years ago that explained origin of Pacific Island and NZ cultures was not via land bridges but via Wakas (canoes) using memorised star charts for navigation. Basically, Thor Heyerdahl's theory of South American origin via balsa boats was genome incorrect. Their evidence was the common North Asian genome (above Vietnam). It is a common problem for land dwellers to not think like maritime people, in that the sea is a highway, not a barrier.
The Pacific island's human genome has high correlations and interestingly also matches the genome of the Madagascar peoples via wakas. They also determined a match via the genomes of their domestic chickens and the maritime rats. Also archeologists found similarities in pottery. Dating is recent at 3000 years ago.
It is also incorrect genome-wise that Tasmanian aborigines were earlier/different to mainland Australian Aboriginies, this explained via a somewhat racist and incorrect approach to lead us to think that the current Australian First Nations people displaced an earlier people, therefore it is OK for white settlers to displace them. Please I need some citations here. The other issue is migration path for a non-maritime people, we are lold vi a land bridge across the Torres Straight when ocean levels were lower.
Please also, is it disingenuous to look at a face and make race judgments? Saying "They look like..." is insufficient and the genome must be the evidence. In your genetic testing, are there any Australian First Nations genomes leaving a genetic trace through Indonesian and PNG?

@@ayianaarthur2551 I think your comment is unfair and does not take into account the notion of Terra Nullius. They did fight - I used to work near a suburb named Pemulwuy, named after a noted warrior who fought to defend traditional lands.
Spears and Woomerahs were not effective against mounted rifles. Organised massacres took place, along with practices such as stolen children and abuse and servitude of children, forced assimilation, forced deletion of culture and language, forced removal and relocation from traditional lands. Add in biological techniques such as blankets infected with smallpox and poisoning of natural drinking water sources.
I believe the histories of Canada, US, Africa and South America all have similar colonisation stories. (We recently read of graveyards of many first nations Canadian children near resettlement schools.)
Aboriginal people had tribal lands with well defined borders that included hunting and fishing rights. This was an organised society and tribal borders were well-defined in traditional artworks. ANMM has curators that can explain how this practice worked. Interesting that when Captain Cook careened the "Endeavour" at what became Cooktown, he was not attacked as this parcel of coastline was a lawful sanctuary where local tribes could safely meet and were not allowed to fight. A few miles each way, and Captain Cook might never have made it back to England.

@Jim Rolfe Yes they may not have been "nations" as we perceive them today, and I am not sure why you have to focus on 'stone age' - Back 60K+ years ago, we were all stone age back then, and all people's origins stem from East African rift people via a migration path. The colonisation of Australia that took place from 1788 was either 4K tears or 60K years after Australian Aboriginal migration (depending on your view). Then also, the Europeans came from the same East African rift people, but with a much more complex genetic background and a lot of intermingling.

But sometimes, i think because mixing with other ethnic such as Chinese, Arab, India, which maybe start happen in 300-500 years ago and still happen right now, you could find they has similarity with those ethnic group.
For example, you sometimes can find Maduranese who has white skin and face features almost like Chinese, or the face resemble India or Arab.
Also for Sundanese and Javanese sometimes you can find they have light skin; maybe from Arab or Chinese, also sometimes even they have brown skin, their face, especially the eyes like the South Chinese ethnics.
Also to be noted, majority of Javanese and Sundanese, I find have similar face with Thai people.

Australian Aboriginal people are the oldest people who have been there for 40,000 years until the Caucasians just discovered bones that proved to be much older and the Aboriginal people had to sue the country to get the bones back. They are allowing them to be studied by the government of Australia but on their terms. Also, Aboriginals don't have African hair or features. Their hair is not tightly coiled, but more wavy. They have a much heavier brow bone and different shaped nose and lips. When they intermarry with Caucasians the first generation inherited the Caucasian features more rapidly than interracial children from African and Caucasian mix does. I know this from 4 trips to Australia and acquiring friends with Aboriginals who were half Caucasian. They had married Caucasian and their children were as white as me with Caucasian features!! I was so very interested in their culture as the history that I was taught in the USA while growing up was a complete lie!! Before the British sent their so-called criminals to Australia, they were sent to American colonies, until we won independence from Great Britain. The USA refused to take anymore of British so-called criminals! The British then looked for another place to send them. The first shipment of prisoners were dropped off on the coast of Africa and died horrible deaths. The British newspaper printed a story about what had happened and they were forced to find another place which ended up being Australia!! The prison colonies were a horror, so much so that in later years one of these island prisons was blown up by the government because it was an embarrassment to the government of Australia!!! I bought and read all of the history of the Australian settlement and their treatment of the Aboriginals and the horror that the prisoners endured! Many of them went mad or died in those prisons!! I saw a cat of nine tails in an old jail in Tasmania. It had pieces of metal at the end of every strip of which there were nine attached to a solid handle. These prisoners were beaten with this whip 50 to 100 lashes for minor infractions dealt out by the cruel people in charge who oftentimes were prisoners themselves!! The settlement of Australia is a horror story as Britain sent it's lower class people who had not committed serious crimes along with the few people who had committed serious crimes including children!! I could never find any of these books in the USA!! I was there for 4 trips of a month or more each time. What is really a very sad story to me besides what the British did to their own people, is that our own history taught to me, was a lie from beginning to end, which also includes the treatment of the Native Americans in my country!! I learned about prejudice by working in the South for 6 months in the early 1960's!! I was never taught that by my family!! I thank GOD for that!!

On the contrary, it seems that very many different subspecies or races have been mixing, not only during the last 5 to 10 thousand years or 50 to 100 centuries, but for the last three thousand of centuries since there have been found archeological evidences that show that modern humans lived 3,000 centuries or 300,000 year ago.

Most of what you’re speaking on is the reason for that mostly Rome after all brought every ethnic to Rome and I guess I’m happy of that because that primordial milkshake LOL is what created todays Italian ethnicity to some degree god gave use our beautiful ethnicities…. Nathaniel might like this observation, being older lol first generation Italian in America the years that I grew up(the big migration of immigrants) I was able to experience and I observed that the Italian language in America has even mutated this is due to the Italians as all ethnicities all typically stayed together in areas of the country but that put many people that spoke mostly dialect so they all got smashed together and all kinds of new words were created just because of dialect and! I find a large reason is just ignorance and miss pronunciation…

One thing to note about the language families:
Is it right to think that Hebrew belongs to Afro-Asiatic language family & Indo-European is a different language family? For example, Greek alphabets alpha, beta, gamma, delta are clearly derived from Phoenician/Hebrew Semitic language: Aleph, Beit, Gimmel, Dalet... So, not only the alphabets, there must be many other similarities between so-called 'Indo-European' and Semitic languages. When I was learning Hebrew about 3-4 years ago (abandoned the attempt for now), I realized similarities between the Hebrew language and English (even in the similarities between how A B C D.. are written vs early Phoenician versions).
Not only that, I found that some words were similar in Hebrew & Korean (I was living with Korean friends) - for example, the word for father in Hebrew is abba & in Korean it is abeoji (same root - ab), and the word for water in Hebrew is Mayim & in Korean it is Mul. There were other similarities, such as in Hebrew a word for God is Ha Shem, which means The Name, and is sometimes used synonymously with Heaven - Ha Shamayim. In Korean, the word for God is Haneunim (which means God and is equivalent to Haneul, "Heaven" + nim, "Lord").
Not only that, my Korean and other Indian friends were surprised at the striking similarities between Dravidian (a branch of Southern Indian languages) and Korean language - even when there is no physical resemblance between these two people groups.
And interestingly, I saw an English movie where the protagonists traveled to a village in South America, and the native South American woman referred to death in her native language as "Moth" - which is the same word for death in Hindi (India). There are no recent or known connections between South American native peoples and India, and yet this word was common. Also, the word for death in Hebrew is "Mûwth", and in Sanskrit it is "Mrtyu" or "Maran". Modern Hindi uses "Moth". Anyways, all curiously start with M.
The more I have had exposure to different disconnected languages, the more I had occasions to find similarities among them.

    • @divyaa155
      @divyaa155 Год назад +1

The main point is the predicament of languages being attributed to certain families, when there have been striking & often deeper similarities between un-connected language families. This is a point (much deeper than the problem of races) I had long been wanting to point out - and this platform gave me an opportunity.
Notice what I have written about striking similarities between Dravidian (Southern Indian) languages & Korean language (3rd paragraph in my first comment) - when the peoples are from different races & their languages come from un-connected language families. So, this is not about race, but about something more profound, which Dr. Nathaniel Jeanson here probably did not take into account - probably because in his research he took the so-called language families as one of the starting points in his further research without questioning & getting to the details of the categorization of language families themselves.

    • @divyaa155
      @divyaa155 Год назад

Also, if you place Greek alphabets/Phoenician alphabets/Arabic alphabets together, you would find that none of the three languages have their alphabets that as so similar (one-to-one) that they could be called 'copied'. So, the analogy with Australian aboriginal languages being written down in Latin letters is also flawed.
Yet, there is a greater similarity between Phoenician alphabets and Greek alphabets than between Greek & Arabic alphabets.
However, even if the Phoenician alphabets were merely copied to the Greek alphabets, then there must be other similarities as well. Cultural or literary assimilation (any part) does not happen in isolation. If there were other similarities, then what is the point of putting them into different language families?

Where missing some thing crucial from these Bible stories that is okay there was a vastly different World Before the Great Flood at one point our World was identified by another name besides Sheol/Earth, today Geology and for some insane reason Paleontology agree upon this narrative, that Earth was once 1 Super Continent today it is referred too as Pangaea kind of why the Continent's look so much like broken Jigsaw Puzzle pieces.
2:) in Genesis & 7 says that The Flood Gates of Heaven were opened and the Fountains of The Earth sprang up, think of a common Human error a leaving the Kitchen sink on an it runs and runs till it overflows and spreads across the Kitchen straight into The Dinning Room; if water isn't mopped up soon it's going into your carpet if not taken care a musty moldy smell then develops.
My point after the Flood the one big continent became 7 so yes there were other people here they were Pre-Flood dwellers.
After, The Tower was left incomplete due to God changing 1 language into many the plan for us to scatter and really populate the Earth is possibly since I'm not God what The Creator wanted for Us.
As I've said each Person's considered indigenous are where their Ancestors migrated too after Tower of Babel.
Evidence that other people once lived there is because They lived before The Great Flood.
Did you know recently PBS did a long series in to The History of Indigenous People's/Native America are as most would prefer to be Identified as Sovereign Nation's that they mention cities that were built by the gods even named after those gods.
I admit this part I'm about to divulge would be A Theory at best but, honestly its all I have for now till God shows me something else and He Has been.
In each Ancient Civilization has anyone wondered about these precious word's?
In The Beginning, different stories are introduced by diverse Civilizations that once thrived though they be dust an no more those Stories thrive and continue to fascinate us much of those stories are used to teach philosophical principle such as The Story of Icarus.
So here's the Theory up until Adam and Eve to The Tower of Babel Earth's inhabitants spoke Hebrew.
Of course With Tower of Babel God introduces many languages thus ethnicity is Born.
Now after The Great Flood Noah and his Family would have told the next Generations the Oral stories of the World that existed before The Flood and it would have been related in Hebrew.
Then Babel Happens and the stories once said in Hebrew becomes changed as well The Name's of The People before The Flood in Hebrew becomes another name the now spoken many language's.
What they did and how they lived before the Flood is changed to because a word are phrase didn't exist in that New language itself.
The point is The Ancient Relatives were teaching Oral Stories of The World Pass they were still the same stories but, the question would be getting back to cities built by the gods, our Bible Tells us there are No other gods but for The Holy Trinity, question who got cast out of Heaven because they started A War there.
All the ancient structures are built as though something was attempting to re-create A World they'd been Banished from once more God Created Us from The Earth in his image 1st Adam then Eve.
Adam was led to Eden He wasn't created There. The Animal's were sent to Eden so Adam would take care of Them; but, they weren't Created in Eden.
Who then built the cities of the gods? That's places where very old structures stand today which the World marvels at when visiting the structures.
When immigrants migrate elsewhere do they not bring a part of who they are with them and replicate the Homeland of Their Ancestors as example....
Chinatown, Japantown, Germantown, Little Italy (why Frank Sinatras Mother could speak 40 different languages from Italy).
Does one not see the culture in those specific Town's in question?
After, banishing Adam and Eve and expelling all the animal's out from Eden why would God have 318 Angel's block the entry into Eden to keep people out but, who else Did God not want in That Eden of Earth and who had access too Eden in Heaven?
An was kicked out of Heaven for The War; He Started of his own Free Will?

I forgot on a side note something that confirms a hunch and it's only a hunch till God says otherwise to me.
A while back I watched a 30? or 40 minute video on the Akkidan's here on ytube regrettably haven't seen it since, The Sumerians pertaining to the earliest pieces surrounding The Epic Poem Gilgamesh.
The person was sharing their perspective on the topic with regards too how it was written, and sharing that at some point there is confusion with the writing itself.
This pertaining to The Second Oldest Epic Poem on Earth, Gilgamesh.
The writing in the person's opinion seemed to be going in one direction all the while tipping in another way; but, in the story, it seem's as though The Scribe's are quote writing gibberish an none of the initial writing made sense.
There was an curious amount, abundance of annoyance; in the person's voice discussing Gilgamesh.
Thankfully the annoyance in their voice perked up my ear's, The Writing of The Akkadian's? The Sumerian's?
In The Time of Our Ancestor's Writers were in fact referred to as "Scribe's".
A Scribe's Calling in that Era, was to record the History of The World; which was often dated usually by The World Before and After The Great Flood.
The summation of the Akkadian's Scribe's within Sumeria, the short video, I listened too here on ytube, emphasized discrepancies within Gilgamesh's Story.
Here's my point I believe The Scribes who was writing about Gilgamesh is direct evidence, for the moment, God Himself; changed Earth's 1 Language, into Many Language's, many Tongue's.
Based on how the person introduced Akkadian's format of writing; The person said it was confusing, those word's themselves; appear to be going off into many different directions that made no sense to Them.
An too me this evidence is when God changed The Universal Language.
Picture it as The Tower of Babel is being Constructed; Scribes are busy recording this grand moment and other moment's of History that is to be a crowning achievement with the completion of the Tower, soon to become dubbed "Babel", when there's a shift.
The sudden use of something alien something never heard before until now, the language's are thereby changed, and so is the Dream completion of The Great Tower now Babel is over.
I just wanted too share that since, I had brought up The Great Flood, 1 Language changed to Many Language's with the Construction of The Tower of Babel.
In my last post I forgot too add this Bit.

The latest group of hominides found to be the oldest to live according to the beginning of group thinking and social organization were on the north of Africa around 300 000 years ago (Marocco) Prof Hubelin (French) worked with a German university and Moroccan research centers, was dated with the latest thermo-luminescence system. Then groups were found to have seeped out of Africa towards all directions, then turning around, meeting other groups, mixing and then separating again. In Africa the first hominides that resembled Sapien started running around 2 million years ago, maybe the first groups left Africa, then were followed by new groups of hominides for the next 1.9 million years, running along coast lines and through areas where hunting and gathering, ice level, sea level .... which never stopped evolving. I live in Geneva Switzerland, which 28 000 years ago was covered by 900 meters of ice. Ice covered so much of Europe until 10 000 BC that the tribes of the "north" were bound to stay under the level of Paris not to be under ice. During that period, the sea level was 150 meters lower than current times. Most coastal life dating 5000-10000 BC is now underwater.

The southern Africa to south America route across the south Atlantic is more likely. Its a shorter route and faster and even easier if its Ice age sea levels because currents will take you from west Africa to Brazil/ Uruguay. My hypothesis is that the first people out of babel that traveled fastest were those with boats on the river. They followed the coasts after leaving the river which if sea level was lower would have reached to the strait of Hormuz. They may have loitered in Hormuz area until ice age and sea level changes pushed them to keep moving with family groups separating with some boats going south and others east. The boats were good coasters not rafts or canoes but still small 4 -6 meters. They had simple sails and paddles. Both the southern and eastern fleets had a mix of languages and perhaps less that 50 people in 12 boats. The may have had animals trussed up or in small basket cages, mini arks. The southern group skirted Arabia and Africa dropping numbers of as people settled. One or two was swept to the Americas on reaching the south Atlantic shores. The Eastern group went coast hopping to south east Asia dropping off people in India, Indonesia, and There another split happened. Indonesia is a ice age barrier. What's islands today is all land with the Mekong flowing down the middle between Borneo and Java. The river mouth may have been a current barrier. Those successfully crossing colonized the Philippines, northern Papua New Guinea and some made it to Japan. Those caught by the current are swept to Australia landing on the shores of Sahul; the joined Australia and New guinea. I am assuming that these fleets would have sailed for no more that 3 to 5 years so their populations would have established themselves in far flung places within 5 years of Babel's fall. We probably need to chat Nathaniel. Check Facebook.

    HOW OLD is aboriginal culture
    60,000 years
There are varying estimates for how long Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have lived in Australia, however, upwards of 60,000 years is what current research reveals.
A two-metre-long painting of a kangaroo in Western Australia's Kimberley region has been identified as Australia's oldest intact rock painting. Using the radiocarbon dating of mud wasp nests, a University of Melbourne collaboration has put the painting at 17,500 and 17,100 years old.
As for the Aboriginal people , they have been screwed up by missionaries , many of whom helped authorities to steal their kids , stopped them from speaking their languages and brainwashed them into thinking that biblical religions were superior to their own beliefs. Most indigenous people have had their culture destroyed by Christians ,due to their religious zeal and bizarre intent on 'saving ' them, due to their incredible conceit in their thinking that they are 'superior". For most of them , being "saved" involved dying from communicable diseases ,deprived of their lands and herded into enclaves supervised by christian jailers.
