    Thanks for the tutorial Micke! Was really an eye opener for me for various progression moves! :-). I will incorporate this into my goal for the Front Lever which has been a long journey but i hope this will make it easier!

    I have been training front lever for about 2 months and the half . I already can do straddle front lever and hold it for 15 seconds body straight arms lockout but when it come to full front lever i cant hold it properly my body bent and hips are low . What should i do ??

    I can hold tuck front lever easily but can't get into advanced tuck, when I try to, my back rounds instead of straight.

      +Astro64 do tucked pull ups, raises in as advanced as you can, slow down from the top

    Is it possible to get the full front lever after the one legged? I can hold a 15- 20 secs one legged but jus can't seem to move onto the straddle stage

      +Arvind Samnarine Try to spread your legs as wide as you can. If that is still hard for you, I can give you 2 tips:
      A) Try to bring your tucked leg a bit forward every time (during the one leg front lever hold)
      B) Use ankle weight on your straight leg ankle in order to make the one leg front lever more challenging.
      Always make sure you have depressed and slithly (not fully) retracted scapula, straight arms and don't let your hips fall down.
