    This is the best I have seen from a guy that is the best. Less talk and more action. All the secrets for the front lever in less than 5 minutes. The rest is up to you.

    Marcus! You're the man! At first I couldn't even hold a one leg front lever for a second, and then I tried squeezing the bar and twisting, and I held it for 2-3 seconds. Thank you so much.

    Mate, you're a true blue bloody legend, you're so hugely inspirational that I reckon you could convince New Zealand to drift across the ocean and merge into Australia, creating one island just by encouraging it.
    Love the videos and I can't wait to achieve my calisthenic goals, maybe a full calisthenic workout is on the horizon? That'd be great. I've subscribed and can't wait for more!!

    I'm here to say just a big THANK YOU ! I trained for front lever alot of time and I felt I wasnt there just yet BUT the GRIP and SQUEEZE tip and the COMPLETE CIRCLE tip done it! Thank you so much keep making more great videos! Salute :)

    Man thank you so much, I think yoyu gave me great tips, of wich i ve never heard before in others tutorials. Actually there are a lot of material containing great videos, nice progressions, but low or none information about hands activation and that interesting physicall tip of the force circle inside your arms and bar. Now im gonna work on it ;)

    Fuck yea, you motivated me so much for my FL training tomorrow. I've been practising it off and on for a year and can only hold straddle. Reason i think is im quite heavy (85kg). But the calisthenics god marcus blessed me with front lever knowledge and i shall obtain it soon enough!!

    I could hold a lever with each one leg for a while and do a few ice-cream-makers before my form fails. With your tips I hope to do a nice front lever before the end of this month. Your other video really helped me with achieving 8 clean strict muscle-ups before, thanks a lot for everything! Some of the explanations you give sound quite funny as well

    Best tip ever "twist ur hands outwards the bar and pull" 2 months training calisthenics and could barely hold front lever for 2 seconds. Instantly after trying to twist hands I have doubled the time up to 4 seconds :)

    - hollow body position (posterior pelvic tilt)

      Scapula is neutral, It's not possible to hold a FL with a fully retracted scapula.
