This is the best I have seen from a guy that is the best. Less talk and more action. All the secrets for the front lever in less than 5 minutes. The rest is up to you.
Marcus! You're the man! At first I couldn't even hold a one leg front lever for a second, and then I tried squeezing the bar and twisting, and I held it for 2-3 seconds. Thank you so much.
Mate, you're a true blue bloody legend, you're so hugely inspirational that I reckon you could convince New Zealand to drift across the ocean and merge into Australia, creating one island just by encouraging it. Love the videos and I can't wait to achieve my calisthenic goals, maybe a full calisthenic workout is on the horizon? That'd be great. I've subscribed and can't wait for more!!
Marcus, you're an inspiration my friend! Just found your channel and I'm excited to see what other valuable tips I can learn from what you've posted. Thanks a million!
I'm here to say just a big THANK YOU ! I trained for front lever alot of time and I felt I wasnt there just yet BUT the GRIP and SQUEEZE tip and the COMPLETE CIRCLE tip done it! Thank you so much keep making more great videos! Salute :)
Thanks for the video, Marcus. Your enthusiasm in teaching us how to complete a front lever really sets a great example for the calisthenics community. Looking forward to your new videos in the future.
Wow, just discovered this youtube channel after of course I got my front lever through a few years of trail and error. Wish I had found this at the beginning! Now I hope it can help me get the flag! Thanks again for making real quality tips for attaining such feats
You are the best calisthenic freak I've ever met! Ty for the tutorial of the front lever. Just finished doing my back work out. I will try to do this later. lol. cheers to you good sir!
Awesome tips Marcus! Was an awesome experience meeting you the other day at Bondi beach! And I can't wait to try these exercises to get the full FL - currently doing Single-leg FL holds atm!
Man thank you so much, I think yoyu gave me great tips, of wich i ve never heard before in others tutorials. Actually there are a lot of material containing great videos, nice progressions, but low or none information about hands activation and that interesting physicall tip of the force circle inside your arms and bar. Now im gonna work on it ;)
Marcus, your technical breakdown is so professionally put ! Total respect ✊ for sharing because I for one wouldn’t have known how to of exerted these muscle groups as you’ve explained. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 👍
Thank you for this! Gonna apply these instructions and i’m sure i’m gonna be at this point someday soon. You can achieve anything!!! Never stop doing, doesn’t matter how many times you fail.
I didn't even know what a front lever was before I clicked on this video....but damn I NEED to do that haha Calisthenics is still new to me as a primary workout and im loving it. Great video man got a new sub!
Thank you! Similar ideas helped me on achieving my first muscle ups, but I am having trouble activating my muscles in a correct manner for front lever, I believe this tips are invaluable, thank you very much! Subscribing :)
Fuck yea, you motivated me so much for my FL training tomorrow. I've been practising it off and on for a year and can only hold straddle. Reason i think is im quite heavy (85kg). But the calisthenics god marcus blessed me with front lever knowledge and i shall obtain it soon enough!!
I could hold a lever with each one leg for a while and do a few ice-cream-makers before my form fails. With your tips I hope to do a nice front lever before the end of this month. Your other video really helped me with achieving 8 clean strict muscle-ups before, thanks a lot for everything! Some of the explanations you give sound quite funny as well

Great video, thank you very much for sharing it!
I would add the followings however:
- retracted and depressed scapula
