I wanted to watch this months ago but had to wait. You should get I touch with me during your downtime, soon. I just may have the cure for some of those hiccups that keep setting you back. Nothing to lose, think about it.

Nice work! I have a question. Do you use the polypropylene bins for sterilizing grains ?

With your bank loan comment, that is where im at. I dont know how to do pretty much everything im setting up. I get the theory...i know the motions, but ive been doing this all on my own thriyfh a day job, literally 50-100 dollars at a time lol. I literally just got my lab sealed and ready....i anticipate alot of contamination but it should work at least to start a small income stream...but i literally could not have got qhere im at so fast without your videos...thank you so much :)

I'm on the same journey with my lab project! I'm putting it all together. Same, or around the same money flow here. I'm expanding with my other options (buying and reselling to fund my operation). I heard Brian mention bank loans on a BOOK release video! I have searched far for a book to help the start-up process. I can't play catch-up on videos to piece together the whole operation, coming across Brians private book release was a huge breakthrough in a. time that I'm searching just for that.
I'm interested in how things turn out, stay inspired.

look at filling the gap with silicon caulk and then using 1/2 inch silicon tubing as the seal, stuck on with silicon caulk. The tubing will compress and fill the irregularities on the tank edge. Love your channel. Thanks for everything

Jared Goddard . Yep, he could also use a foam or rubber seal on top, between the container and lid. Also adding tie latches to keep the lid firmly on, keeping it air tight. And like you said, a off road forklift.

Silicone caulk is a great staple in building supplies for my growing operation! I use it to seal around electrical boxes, irregularities in structure for my laboratory. Other staples are rubber bands, zip-ties. I see potential in every-day items

Nice work Brian. How do you do to know how much water you will need to add on the sawdust, having in mind the moisture content will vary in every batch since the woodchips are exposed to the elements?
If you wanted to, would it be possible to get a permit to build a warehouse in the land you are using?

Hi I have an answer to get a "PERFECT" steem leak proof lid. You need to buy:
    D.s Brown or
    Watson Bowman
Expansion joint type b seals 1/2 in or 3/8" you put a silicone bead on you poly crates, then you set the rubber gland/ joint seal into the adhesive. As long as you put clamp screws on your vessel to secure your lid similar to those on all american pressure cookers. This is done using a butterfly screw and horseshoe. I hope this helps I'm a tinkerer meaning I shelled out $7k on some spools of super expensive rubber gaskets that were made for highway use on longitudinal and transverse joint. They can take pounding of 24hr vehicle traffic, they can can handle 15psi for few hours. Email me a shipping lable il gladly donate 96' enough for 4 units. Just saying from one grower to another.

17:37 not surprising. machines from china are generally crappy, especially the ones on the less expensive side

You're better off getting a used forklift to handle those duties and keeping the bucket on the tractor. Changing the cylinder location will cause geometry issues with the 3pt forks you have on. Putting a hydraulic top cylinder and using the 3pt forks as intended also would be a better option than messing up the loader.

@@electricspaghetti3507 you must not have ran any kind of business. Inspiration isn't always rainbows butterflies and unicorns. If you don't mess up you can't learn and there is always room to improve. I can see what you mean by it seeming like a negative by saying failure, but obviously you knew what he meant. And if something as simple as one word ruins your inspiration you may not be as inspired or motivated as you'd like to think k you are. He has passion, determination and will to do a great job and the compassion help others do the same.
