That’s not a mod, you replaced a light bud. If so I mod my house all the time like this
Your car started up by itself because your Key fob has dirt inside. Open it up and clean the area where the buttons make contact. Usually dirt gets up in there and you also may as well change the battery while you're at it. You can find videos online on how to open your key fob. It is very easy to do.
Changing the headlight? Step 1: remove engine. (Every modern American car)

Your blinkers might blink fast thinking the lights are burned out if u put LEDs in them because older cars don't "recognize" them. Happened with my 08 charger daytona
