⚠️Important Update! Apologies I misunderstood the locking 4x4. You must be in 4lo and have the center locked in order to lock the rear. ⚠️ Thanks for watching! Don’t forget to check out the video description for some helpful/related links! ☝️ PS Big thanks to Jimmy Nguyen for your support by sharing this video with the Land Cruiser Facebook page!
Very nice tutorial, really you did great by pointing out all features and details in the Land Cruiser, very well beneficial video for whoever owned or would like to buy a new Land Cruiser. Many thanks Brian I've really enjoyed it, and much appreciate your efforts on it. Sending best wishes for you and your awesome TOYOTA channel, from Egypt 🇪🇬 Peace bro ✌️
Thanks so much Hamdy! One small thing. I misunderstood the 4x4. You have to be in 4lo and have the center locked to lock the rear up. Sending positive vibes your way 🙏🏼
No idea on release date for 26 rav4 but they exist and have been shown to employees. My guess is they will follow a similar release schedule to other models like LC followed.
I've watched this video and the MID video. As of yet I cannot understand the settings on 2024 LC when using CarPlay that read text messages or announce directions. And I have called Toyota to make sense of it-didn't help. If you are listening to XM while using CarPlay, reading of text messages or Maps navigation do not reduce the volume of music so you can hear what is being said. Additionally, there are settings in the Toyota menu for sound and media for phone level and others, but these are greyed out Please explain. Seems like it needs an update that doesn't exist.
With the Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 on my new 2024 Cross does the video from the front facing sensors camera act as a dash cam that would be available to use as proof in an accident or do I still need to add a Dash cam Thanks Brian
Toyota has access to that footage, not you, so I always highly suggest your own dash camera. This is because YOU have control of the footage. You don’t have to wait and hope and pray Toyota has it or even gets back to you on time or is even willing to release it to you.

The volume issue with CarPlay has been going on for a bit. Waiting for a resolution.
What's the green ready at the bottom left dash??. Can you turn it off?
No, that’s a very important symbol. It means this hybrid vehicle is on and “ready” to drive.
@brianruperti thank you
thanks much !
You're welcome! Just a side note I updated the description with the proper 4x4 use. Slipped up a little during film.

Do you have a link for the video on the screen? I can't find it.
Yes in the video description
How can you map on HUD or center display My LC does it sometimes but not consisitant
If it’s not consistent you will
Want to have it looked at. Also note my updated description regarding the 4x4
Have u tried from the Key Fob Ignition Start
No why?
What is the green ‘READY’ lit up for?
Means vehicle is on and ready to drive
Please show me 2024 toyota land cruiser map north up setting instructions
Which map the factory or app on phone
@@brianruperti The map came with 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser.
Your section on the rear locker is completely wrong. You must have the center locker engaged and be in L4 to operate the rear locker.
Thank you! I clearly misunderstood my reading on that section. Will update description.
