That's what I'm loving 1404 on a 2.5 inch build with 6s that's my next project frfr I'm loving the new fad of everything coming out is small and powerful. Keep it up Nicolas

The handrail gap full send at the end was the topping on the cake for sure. Most people do those gaps like half that speed. Im thinking this smaller form factor over 5 inch is amazing.

İts amazing setup bro thank you specially 3 blade props really different from 4 props. 4 props have prop wash and shake. 3 props have no prop wash or shake thats amazing and thank you for pid tunes
Yeah 4 blades are always like that in my experience, even on 5". It's great for when you just want to cruise for 7-8 minutes and get some nice footage with the larger 650mah pack.

4" version would buy . I have a few 3" and 3.5" but seem to always fly my 4" builds as they faster and longer flight times ( even on 4s ) can hard freestyle it for 6mins plus
I know the Djinn line is a new line of frames they are rolling out for 2024 starting with the 2.5". I imagine they are planning other sizes but haven't heard anything official yet. A 4" would be pretty awesome.

Exactly! My aos 3.5 o3 on 1507 2700kv 6s rips harder than any of my 5" rigs, and those all run tmotor f80 pro's 1900kv on 6s... 3.5" can be insane if you build it right. But I'm really interested in building one of these 2.5's, just to guerilla freestyle something smaller with an o3.
Any thing we can do about the camera with a little bit more protection and maybe have it sit back just a little far.
What preset do I use if I were to use my cinelog25 and move it over to this frame?

Hey man awesome video. Because of this I decided it's time to pull a trigger on my own drone and build my first one so I'm copying your build here. I bought batteries that I thought were the right ones but they are XT30 can I use that for the ESC? If I change the connection
Absolutely. It will work just fine.
From the 5 frames I've build yet, the Quadmula (SF 3S) was the nicest to build with its labeled screw packs etc and the quality is top notch. BUT: they are just too heavy for small stuff and not being able to fit AIOs (25x25) makes them heavier again.
250g 2,5" should feel equivalent to a 1100g 5" looking at Rossers disk loading chart. As much as I like small drones, I think thats not the optimal way for most people (didn't try it though).
Yeah I don't know about charts. I just fly and do what feels fun.
If you like the gemfan 2540 then you must try the geprc 2523 props. I guess they are made by gemfan. Awesome really.
When are they bringing out a 3.5" or 4" frame? Basically they just need to make longer arms

You can definitely do that if you can find one. Quadmula has a 3D print repository for their designs as well if you're trying to find something.

Awesome Video! I came across this when i was about to purchase the siren F3 split only to be out of stock! If you have a choice between only the 2.5 or 3.0, what would your pick be?
For Sub 250 purposes, I'm a fan of the Djinn. For just going balls to the wall with a micro and not caring about the weight, I prefer the SF35

Beatiful flying man!! Trying to figure out my first build now , really like the smaller dronres especialy the f3 and this one , does this setup fly simillar to a 5 inch? (freestyle wise)
I can do anything with this drone that I would want to do in terms of tricks. Flight time is similar. It of course lacks the exact power and momentum but it is plenty fast enough.

This is my favorite micro right now, hands down.
Looking at building one my self. if I use the same build but with the dji controller 2 will the betaflight file you have done still work. Thanks for the great vids all the best
@adamdewsbery5384 yup, you'll just set up your control link for SBUS. There are great Presets in Betaflight for that.

Someone super creative could probably design some 3D printable prop guards. It would likely do fine indoors as a whoop. Maybe on 4s to tame it down a bit.
I was laterally on the Quadmula store about to get the f3 after thinking about it forever. Now that they have a 2.5 i might be getting this.
I honestly love the 2.5. It's an absolute sweet spot for a great sub250 micro imo.

@TW-pq3hn depends on what you want. For a great, compact, sub 250 ripper with max FOV, Djinn 2.5. For the best flying sub 250, SF3. If you just want a micro that rips hard and you don't really care about sub 250, SF3.5. You can build a 3.5 to be below 250g, but it impacts flight feel enough to not be as enjoyable, in my opinion.

Sir, your piloting skills are amazing, I just have 2 questions for you, you have a both the QUADMULA Djinn F25 Split and you also have QUADMULA Siren F3 Split, my first question: I believe you have already tried to interchange the 4 arms from 2.5 inches to 3 inches and contrary, on the 2 frames, do they fit the same? second question: the size of the top and bottom plate, so the central body of the drone is slightly smaller in 2.5 inches or does it only change the shape line? I very happy if you answer me, thank you.😊
I did try the SF3 arms on the DF25 and they don't quite fit. The hole is slightly off for the standoff screw.
As for the body. It is slightly shorter in length and the front end is wider on the Djinn.

Not sure. I haven't tried but there is a decent amount of space.
Nice sick flying. I have recently built a djinn25.. with your tune and BLHeli configuration. Are the vibration at lower rpms normal on this quad? I don’t have eis nor rock steady

It can definitely mount Walksnail or HDzero. 3.5" would be pretty cool. 🤔😁

Nah it wouldn't damage it. That's a pretty heavy battery though so flight performance won't be great.

I have tried all the camera fov options and the frame was not in view in any of them unless of course you're using a 50° camera tilt. You do need to push the camera as far forward as you can in the camera plates.
Wellp... now is the time to give DJI a go. HDZero then Walksnail and now DJI... I told myself I wouldn't... Question: do other 19mm cams fit in this thing without it bowing or pulling on the TPU? Any additional camera mounts included with it?
Select your VTX option at check out and they will make sure you get camera plates that work.

@@P.G._FPV you can select the antenna mount option. If you don't choose the O3 antenna mount you basically get a universal antenna mount. They have 3D printable camera plates on their 3D print link that supports 19 or 20mm cameras.

If I use tattu 6s 850 mah 150c is it good for punch and accelerate for this drone ? I am using 550 mah now
I personally think anything bigger that the 650mah packs are too much weight. The power to weight ratio really matters in terms of punch. I get the best performance out of this quad with the 380mah packs. I would much rather have that level of performance vs longer flight times. I freestyle so flying longer means nothing to me if I can't
move the quad the way I want.
