I have to plug it in and open the Model O software at the perfect time, (it says device not connected even though its plugged into the USB otherwise) and then it will work, but it keeps disconnecting every 50 minutes or so. I tried downloading the firmware update, but that just says waiting...
watched another video. open glorious software > change lighting to breathing change back to another lighting mode. boom works. this one didnt work so figured id help :)
its not letting me restore, or use the firmware because it just stays stuck on "waiting". neither can i apply something in the software because then it says stuck on "please wait...." my mouse is ruined. sensor error.
What fixed it for me: (thank you FlumeAU) With another mouse, open the Glorious app and select a different profile. Hit apply. Done, that's legit it. So scuffed, GG Glorious.
@@ZyxLo It happened again not so long ago. My keyboard has an integrated mouse function which I used to hit apply. That might work for you too if you got that.
@@bryansande4641 I had the same thing, I fixed it by just unplugging my mouse, then restarting my pc, then plugging in again, works fine now. hopefully this helps
Mine doesn’t work, it says waiting in update and I read other comments saying that if it says waiting I have the latest update. However whenever I try to launch or install the software it says ‘warning senr error’

For everyone whos bar doesnt fill up it means you already have the update but you can download the software from the file 02 Software folder and press restore and that should fix it it fixed my problem. Cred to Manuel Zegrehe came up with the fix.

So updating the firmware didnt work for me because i apparently already had the latest firmware but clicking "restore to default" on the glorious model O software fixed it for me instead
Shit doesn't work for me, nothing but problems from these mice. bought 2 Model O minus (1 white 1 black) had the white one replaced because scroll wheel broke. That replacement broke too it was double clicking so waiting on a replacement for that one. While using my black model O minus now (while waiting for the white replacement) the sensor stopped working on the black one!!!! now I am all out of fkn mice jesus christ should have went with a different company
I am sorry that you are having those issues. The same thing actually happened to me with my black and white Model O's except I was having sensor and disconnect issues. Make sure you contact glorious about those issues because they will probably end you a new cable for free or a new mouse entirely. As long as they keep sending you new mice you can alternate between the two mice 🤔

Guys, for the people who are using model o minus. If this doesn’t work for you. Do this: Unplug the mouse and change the driver to the cable or the cable to the driver. (I originally used the wireless driver so I changed it to the cable.) Now just unplug the driver or cable and change it to your original one (So I unplug the cable and change to the wireless driver). P.s. The rgb doesn’t work but my my cursor doesn’t freeze anymore. If anyone knows how to get rgb back, please tell me.
It should fill instantly. Restart your system and see if opening the Glorious application fixes. (Make sure your model o is the only mouse plugged in. Use the keyboard to navigate through your computer)
@@pranx4574 Last thing I would do is make sure only your keyboard and mouse are connected. Unplug everything else. If that does work you may want to contact glorious for a free cable replacement.

its probably updated already. Try going to the glorious software and clicking appy or restore. If that doesnt work contact glorious for a new ascent cable
