Wow! So lucky to see the new lava up so close. I've been up a volcano before but it was dormant. ❤

We really were very lucky to be taken so close, at the time they still had an exclusion zone around the Volcano as it was still spewing out harmful gases🌋. Nature is so powerful! Thanks very much for watching Gez, hope you have a great weekend mate, Shell and Pete😊👊👍

      Hi guys,
It really was awesome to get so close to the new Lava, at the time they still had an Exclusion Zone around the Volcano as it was still spewing out harmful gases. We felt very belittled by nature that day. Very sad it destroyed so many homes, they did manage to get everyone evacuated though so thank goodness noone was hurt 🙏. Thanks for giving this a watch guys, hope you have a fab weekend,
      Shell and Pete😊👊👍

      Hey Debs!
Always a pleasure to hear from you and read your lovely comments 🥰👌. Small world! We have been to that restaurant in lanzarote at the top of the Volcano too! It is mad isn't it, the way they cook the meat off the heat from the Volcano 🌋👌. Pete is getting better at the voice overs, I'm rubbish at them 😂🙈. This really was amazing to see up close, nature is so powerful. We hope one day we can return and hike through this area, as they have put hiking trails through other Lava fields on the island. We hope you enjoyed movie night 😊🍿 🎬👌. Have a brilliant week, and thanks as always for watching
      Big hugs

      Hi Dave,
Yes it is so sad so many homes were destroyed, and to think an entire village is lost there under that Lava. Thankfully though they did manage to evacuate people so that noone was harmed. The locals still talk about heading up to a viewpoint on a hill each evening for months to watch the Lava spewing out from the Volcano 🌋. Nature really is so powerful. Thanks very much for watching, we hope you are well and enjoying your weekend 😊

Hey both, wow. We’ve been on Vesuvius and Etna, both were smoking, but this would have been cool to see. Obviously devastating for the area but I bet it was really fascinating to see. The sheer scale of that lava is mad! To have a whole town buried is awful, I hope there were no casualties. Nature really is awe inspiring! We enjoyed that very much. Hope you’re both well x
