I have had two heart stints put in by the Va . They were about 7 years apart. Rated at 80 % disability for other conditions.
I discovered that I had a heart condition and I know have a pacemaker/ defibrillator placed by VA I just applied a claim
As a secondary to PTSD and also a VA study that ties heart condition to PTSD
Very good.
VERY GOOD VIDEO VERY GOOD INFORMATION THANKS
Thank you for tuning in!
I have 2 questions ... 1. I have Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome and while being monitored with a heart monitor for a week only had mild episodes and was rated at 10%.. Every couple of months I have major episodes that last for hours where my heart jumps to 220 bpm during rest. Should I fight for a higher rating? 2. Does the VA use EKGs from an Apple Watch as supporting documentation?
Does this part of 38 CFR cover DVT or blood clotting conditions? Ive been searching online for this but I cannot find the correct part of 38 CFR that covers DVT.
Ive had two blood clotting incidents in my legs and have been prescribed a long term anti coagulation medicine. The first incident also caused a PE incident in which I was told I could have died.
Any secondary option? I recently had stent placement.
Very good information
Very interesting
I have two stents placement with 80% clogged arteries? What are my options? Im still active duty
I have had three episodes of pericarditis, inflammation of the sack around the heart, I believe the cause is related to being assigned to burning of materials including waste during my time in VN. The claim is for a direct causation. +
I am scheduled for a ekg to confirm what I have already submitted with my disability claim. What should I know going in for the examine? It seems like there is not much I can do.
I am collecting 60% benefits. I had a heart attack and triple bypass in September 2023. Can I collect 100%‘for a three month period? I submitted a claim for increase and did not receive any increase. Is this correct?
I have two stints four years apart. Can they be secondary to sleep apnea which I have been service connected.
Secondary to hypertension is ok?
I think that is good so long as you are SC already for HTN
Is Afib apply?
