You used so much butter and spray oil that you didn’t really help yourself. The inflammation comes from the fat in the Gouda, avocado oil, and butter. Also, your bread may as well be white bread because that’s not real whole grain wheat bread. Only moderately better, if at all, than the fried fast food.
