Nako totoo yan doc, lagi akong "mejo gutom pa " pagtapos kmain hehehe ngbabawas dn me tmbang, in 3 days bumaba ako ng 5.5kilos. Bwat meal ko laging bitin, mejo gutom pa pero hnhyaan ko na. Lmiit n dn tyan ko, pang 1wk ko po today.
Gnyn ako may oras ang kain 2meals a day, 8am at 1pm lng tpos warm water lng or lemon ginger tea until the next day ulit
