This isn’t news, it’s kinda old and happening here and there. Looking in to it you can see they try to have an monopoly on houses and such for there own gains with other building companies. I didn’t seen a lot of people who could go and build actual what people want. If you have a different way of seeing something in how to build a good house instead of the norm, you will need first a lot of money a lot lot of money, then also you need to know people in politics who could give you some slack in getting permits. Otherwise it will be how they say your house would look like nothing else. Even if it deemed save by an architect this wouldn’t happen, also getting insurance on a house that isn’t traditional will be impossible or cost extra. In the end it’s just a form in the form of helping to control people lands and houses, making it not really there property anymore. They allow you to upgrade your house for the future so they wouldn’t need to do it later on. It’s a good form of income from property tax to a 1/3 of getting paid if the people give it to there children later on. And if they didn’t maintain it that 1/3 would be way lower then normal, soo they allow you to change it if you don’t you get fined 😂. And who will buy a house that’s outdated after the owners die from slaving away for years p, also paying taxes. You could see people as a product, and it’s not because the person in the video is bad slave but if they allow it once they could lose billions later on.

My rural area needs 20k to have a link bus that would allow pepple get to the city for 9 am for work college etc. They have had millions given to them and its not being spent on transport. Brutal story, even the judge knew the craic.
Judges are often alright from my experience, got done onse for doing 110km in a 100 then went abroad for a while and had to deal with it when I came back.
The judge took my side and said the guard would be better spending his time on people heavily speeding and threw the case out.
Yes but it might depend how far it is from the dwelling house on the family site. If it is close to the house, it isn’t clear if it’s for visitors to stay in or additional space in the garden.

@@ipfreely679 Well there was another similar case, a bloke in Wexford recently that Gript had interviewed . He went to court on the day , bags packed to do jail and the judge let him off .

Beautiful cabin, nicer than those awful new builds the government is supposedly getting up nowadays (and not in enough numbers, and to high earning double income couples with no kids). This is evil, pure evil. So, so sorry to this family. This is wrong. Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord. Trust in Him, He sees it all. Praying for the family.

@@Bebedollie A friend and I really prayed for this family this morning, that God will rescue them from the unjust situation they find themselves in. I really hope they turn to the Lord Jesus for help, their own efforts having brought no success
I hada similar issue here in the UK. I simply wrote numerous letters asking how a council which is a corporation acquires the right to control a living man along with another dozen similar questions relating to the legality of their actions and consequent harm to me. Two years later they refuse to communicate with me at all and no action has been taken. This is a tacit agreement that they have no rights to control anyone or anything.
Shame on the council
