This was the first workout I recorded after this summer's vacations, feels like half of my gains were gone after not training for two weeks 😂, funny how easy that happens as you grow older :)) keep on training people 💪
Just caught your latest video. Really looking forward to trying the Calisthenics 21" Jump rope workout. Sadly, two weeks ago, I fractured two ribs 😵! Whilst I'm recovering, I can plan and look forward to starting this workout!
Thank you Anthony. It's week three (tomorrow) and I'm feeling and moving way better than what I was last week. Each day that passes is another day closer to recovery and starting your new workout!
This is bad ass! I've been doing the Jump 21 workout for a while and I love it... So I bet adding the lower body sets in this one is going to be great. I like alternating the push and pull sets as well. So instead of doing all the push sets and pull sets separately, I alternate them. Keeps the muscles more "fresh" throughout the routine, but still gives me a great pump. Great job on this one!
Hey Anthony! Great video. Do you recommend doing cardiosthenics daily for people who are strapped for time? I love the idea of getting strength and cardio all in one shot in a 30 minute workout everyday
Great workout. Since getting into my mid 40’s I really enjoy these types of workouts. Big Crossrope fan. Usually use the 1/2 lb rope and sometimes the 1 lb. Enjoy the content. Thanks.

Hi Alfonso, that's a great adaptation to it, nice! Glad you like this version with the lower body as well💪
