context: this is a reference to south park post covid where Stan's mother wanted to divorce Randy but Randy didn't want to because she would have half of the tregity farm so Stan very angry set it on fire in the barn but since her sister was there she ended up dying and her mother killed herself and Randy blames Stan for that (I think everyone already knew a little more context) ;)
and then the red mist came to the south park universe instead of spongebob

Stan has gone through so much pain in the series. He has to deal with cartman constantly. He also has a little too much empathy, once someone gets hurt or anything, he must fix whatever is happening. It makes him sad. He also hung out with the goth kids once and has even turned into one for an episode. Stan has even taken drugs just to fix his life.

What's the story about?

After stan is informed by this he starts having imagery of the the other boys as a amalgamation in thought of them. Days later stan has not been taking care of himself his skin has turned pale his hair is messy and he can't move on because of there death. Stan then goes to the usual bus stop they would always hang out at while quotes from his dead friends replaying in his head. He pulls his hat over his head and doesn't seem to be able to pull it off. the ghosts of his friend appear behind his with then a far camera shot of kenny and text below saying "is there a problem ". Stan then starts to bleed from the eyes he eventually starts to rot and the the final camera shot of episode is stan dead on the floor. and then the credits play...
