wow, that orc warlock at the end is the perfect symbol for the average horde player. gets wrecked in a 2v1 scenario then had the nerve to teabag. vermin, the lot of them!
lmao as if it doesn't happen the other way around. As horde I am constantly being ganked by alliance my level that have a 60 healer following them around pocket healing.
hey! For some reason previous video felt like much more "dinamic" This one had some nice clips with series of procs, but overall deep ret feels clunky even with your close to bis gear. Unfortunately with only white hits able to proc soc it shines too occasinally, not to mention that even if procs - no guarantee for for landing a hit or crit. I would suggest to try ret/reckoning or at least replace your rings with + crit chance like av and quick strike + blackhands breadth trinket. It will make you soc proc more painfull, although a bit less surviveability. Overall nice video, keep it up!
Im planning to go for some ret/reck clips in Naxx phase. Lots of paladins are making reck videos so i wanted to go for something different and i also enjoy deep ret pvp the most. I know that reck is probably more fun to watch but i have much more fun with deep ret talents. Have AV ring in the bank but changed it for the one from Neff for survivability. In Naxx phase i should have enough stamina so ill go most likely with AV ring. Unfortunately never got lucky with quick strike. With blackhand trinket its the same story i value the utility of other ones much more than 2% crit. Using it only if other trinkets are on CD. Thanks for the comment mate!
Could you guys explain the bad things and the good things about reckoning/ret spec for pvp when it comes to solo world pvp. Where it shines where it sucks ? Thanks. Also can you here in classic use the /sit macro to make mobs crit you and get full reckoning stacks like on p-server or no ?
Yeah, but his cloak isn't that great. He's wearing Hitpoint gear for PvP (which is BIS for PvP).. if he went with Don Julio's band, Onslaught Girdle, Quickstrike Ring, and the Hakkar DPS neck and Windshear Cape or C'thun Cloak? He'd probably be hitting like a fucking god. I hit 1996 crit the other day with an /Ashkandi/ on my ret paladin, without world buffs. Just Kings, Might, and being in a melee group for ZG because we have too many healers in my guild (so I DPS on the side outside raid.) I'm currently Agil enchanted (which was a 5-piece judgment thing I did for PvP and kept doing after I got AQ40 gear) - and prob need to go STR enchanted. In general? His current gear setup is better for PvP ... but going more AP would make some of his crits more impressive ... but in general? That's not how you win fights, because a prep-rogue can stunlock blind-combo you to death too easily if you do that. Especially with help. You get more time on target, and get 1 or 2 more swings in before you have to heal - which results in more DPS than going from 800 dmg crits to 1000 dmg crits. It's weird, and anti-intuitive, but? That's part of why so much paladin gear has such high stamina. Simply the name of the game. One ret is a glass canon who gets blinded and stun-locked 100% to dead the moment his bubble is down ... the other is a near unstoppable juggernaught a rogue doesn't have enough energy, even with Combat-Adrenaline Rush to stunlock in plate 100 - 0. Nothing I love more than tricking a rogue into throwing all their energy and blind-combo into a paladin they can barely get down to 40% ... and then popping trinket on their second Kidney Shot and popping a major-rejuvi just to piss them off once they've used that thistle tea. Likewise? Reptent - > Scrolls of Blinding Light -> SoCommand -> Judgement Into SoJustice Auto (for first auto - 2 second stun) - > SoCommand -> Hammer of Justice before Stun Wears off -> Consecrate... 2 Auto's .. Judgement .. final Auto... Sapper. This Wombo-Combo kills even High Warlord Rogues, when you use an Unstoppable Force and have 1000 AP in 5 piece Judgement. It's pretty gross. "Living Action Potion - or die." Even without crits, or seal of command procs; if your gear is AQ or better.
great video. The intro to this is so well done

@@jarlfisk Deep ret offers more sustained kill time and ret/reck is more bursty. Really the key is stacking crit and stam for pvp.
@@dirx2398 big fan of the deep ret
Cool!
Bgm10/10
Ret paladin pvp vedio 0/10
Not a true ret paladin, you're on a long way to go
So all it takes to win as a paladin in classic is being vastly overgeared. Well that's news =D
Whats the Addon or Setting to see the debuff timers of your spells on your targets?
Why u use seal of justice judgement? U have deep retri build without consecration or u just never use it? Why don't u bind perception?
0-18-33 so no consecration
@@dirx2398 Control-Ret. Respect. I've always wanted to do it.
compliments from a rogue 😂🤣
Why so low dmg with this gear 🚑🦽🦽 retri is crap bro xD
