Hey! Tech companies have a standard 9-5 schedule. But many are 10-4 (like the ones I’ve worked for). They’re very big on mental health (some give you paid mental health days off) and they’re huge on caring about their diversity and people. I could keep going in but you get the point. These aren’t jobs to kick your feet up and relax, but these are the best culture-friendly companies to work at. It’s standard for tech companies to be fun, relaxing, and caring.
