These 100 PSP Games are all shown in order of their Metacritic Score. Each game will feature a green number showing what it's Metascore is.
PSP has a lot more sports titles in the Top 100 than I would have liked personally, I may make another version without sports but for now, this is it.
This video is the Top 100 Best Games for the Sony PSP handheld gaming console.

Didn't see any Sims, Prince of Persia, Godfather, Assassin's Creed, Silent Hill, Need for Speed, Call of Duty, Splinter Cell, Star Wars The Force Unleashed, Star Wars Battlefront, Manhunt 2, Carnivores Ice Age, Spiderman 3, Aliens vs Predator: Requiem, SWAT The Element, Free Running, The Juckass, Gun Showdown, Diabolik, Cabela's Dangerous Hunts and more.
But some games have here a lot of versions per year like baseball or FIFA and has really primitive games. That's strange for top 100.

Good for you both, unfortunately mine is broken but i still play some on my vita although it's not the same, the buttons on the psp are far better and the emulation on vita is not always perfect, gta liberty city crashes all the time!

If you're a Star Wars Fan: The Battlefront titles and more importantly (in my opinion) The Force Unleashed are unbelievably good. Didn't see them here, they're immensely underrated.

Battlefront was dope as hell back in the day
bf2 on mos eisley with the heroes vs villains was the best!! you can still play that online!! (and just about pretty much every psp game through xlink kai)

Elite Squadron literally IS Battlefront 3, with ground-to-space combat and the campaign.
Force Unleashed’s PSP port may have worse graphics, but has WAY more content than any other version including PS3. Only thing missing is the Dark Side dlc levels.

I think in some ways, the PSP actually brought out the creativity of some game developers. It was such an amazing console

Man, PSP aged so well. Still a damn fine platform to own to this day.
2022. Just got a Vita (though the back touchpad doesn't work, gotta fix that). Still playing original PSP games to death. I had a PSP back in the day. In fact, I got it when Liberty City Stories launched because I got them together. I'm loving playing all the games I have nostalgia for, as well as the tons of games I missed out on (and the ones that emulators handle poorly).

@@FearGivesWings I'm playing through God of War 1 and 2 on the Vita first, then I'm gonna get to the PSP ones. As for Persona, I just started it but the slow pacing early on put me off a bit. I gotta give it another try one of these days.

Japan loves baseball and the PSP there was so explosively successful that it continued to be developed for past PSVita release. A few Japan exclusives were backported because of the market share

Well tbh, The Show has always been a heavy hitter for Sony for many years. It actually caused many to get a PlayStation cause the rival 2K couldn't compete. Xbox fans were angry that 2K offered them a subpar experience compared to The Show. I don't care about sports games btw though

Game's pretty short. Finished the story in 1 and a half day and the unlockables in 1 day. Its pretty good tho, problem is that it leaves you hanging. Felt like there could've been more to it.

Rock Band Unplugged is a ton of fun....when you get all the DLC...and get a save file with the career mode finished so you can just go into Warmup and play a single instrument.
Also, explain to me how Chinatown Wars got a better rating than Liberty and Vice City Stories?

I would say - Metal Gears Solid Peace Walker is probably one of the best games on all the platforms. So much content and such a well packed gameplay. Story - crazy, side missions - just amazing and tons of Easter eggs 🥚. Bosses are 😍

I love PSPvs racing game selection. Gran Turismo, Midnight Club LA Remix, Juiced Eliminator, FlatOut Head-on, Burnout Dominator, Street Supremacy... It's a shame that NFS titles were hit or miss with only two good games in selection (Underground and Carbon)
