Had a lot of fun with Mortorstorm, FF IV, 3rd Birthday, Valkyrie Profile. For those who was missing a good RPG console, this was some kind of PS1 renaissance with the titles and the chance to play the PS1 entire library. Good times!
Cool thing to see Valkyrie Chronicles in top 5 = ). There is also a patched version of Valkyrie Chronicles 3 for PSP. Better story and abilities, flaws: just some reused maps from VC2. But I'd recommend any of them. Mortal Kombat Deception, Tag Force Special (patched in english), Kurohiou1 and 2 (patched too) and Gundam G Generation Overworld (the best are in Japan, patced xD) could be in this list.
Some titles I’d add: Star Wars The Force Unleashed • It’s a port of the PS2 version which has a longer campaign. But on top of that, it has PSP exclusive side modes too. It’s the definitive version of the game if you don’t care about graphics. Coded Arms • The only roguelite game on the system, with procedurally-generated levels. • Decent FPS controls. MGS: Portable Ops • Is basically MGS3’s mechanics and assets ported down with a new story. • Actual human bosses with personalities, unlike Peace Walker. Medal of Honor: Heroes • Best FPS on the system in terms of controls • WW2 setting. Star Wars Battlefront 2 • Though it is missing the campaign, capital ship interiors, and some maps, what little is still there is the same as the PS2 version. • Instant Action and classic Galactic Conquest on the go!
Wow! There is too much effort on this video. Presentation is great. First of all, the gameplay is not blocked by any information. So I can see the games better. In other videos, either the name of the game appears briefly and if I like the gameplay I have to rewind to look at the game name, or the game name constantly takes up a significant amount of space on the screen. There is a lot of extra information (Pros, cover art, developer info, release date etc.) too.
Great video! But i am sorry, top 1 should have been one of these games: 1- Napoleon Dynamite: The Game 2- Blade Dancer: Lineage of Light 3- Dragoneer's Aria 4- Donkey Xote 5- Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen Those are the greatest games on the PSP, trust me theres only top tier games in this list. If you think i am lying go test the games for yourself. Bonus Game: TMNT - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

good list, im a bit sad one of my favourite psp games key of heaven (kingdom of paradise in the US) is not even on the list haha
