Let me just say that no one needs this many fragrances. I’ve been working in the fragrance industry for 9 years and it’s my job to stay up to date with existing and new perfumes, hence the large collection. I would recommend getting 5-10 fragrances max.

No they don't. It's either you store them bad, you let them in sunlight or over 86°F ( 30°C) nor you bought counterfeits or second hand bad stored perfumes. Perfumes are ALCOHOL they won't age like a regular product. They are even better with times for most of them. Some will only sniff the nozzle and throw it because it smells bad. Of course it does it's oxydized. You have to get it off several sprays to get the unoxydized part for a fragrance you didn't use for a while. But don't say good fragrances turn bad easily that's simply not true. It's all about storage.

I see a lot of ladies commenting out while you would need more than five fragrances in your collection. And I completely understand that question. But here is my reasoning for myself. One or two for each season, one for day, one for tonight, one for particular occasions. I’m good with about 12- 15 fragrances, which some people say is a lot and other say is next to nothing. But as far as telling someone they have too many fragrances, that might be that person’s hobby. Some people collect stamps, jewelry, shoes, purses, art, cars, etc. so it’s difficult for us to judge what a person shouldn’t should not be allowed to consume. Some people like to eat some people like to buy merchandise like shoes, purses, makeup, getting their nails done, travel. Others like to have Perfume collections.

They all say they rarely go bad with the exception of one from time to time. I always thought fragrance had a shelf life but I keep hearing that even 20 years later many smell as good or better. I would rather make my lunch and take to work most of the week, and have more $ for luxury splurges (eg, perfume ) as a result of eating a healthy meal at lunch and allowing myself to spend money on what really matters to me.
how do you keep those fragrances from going bad? When you have so many? You can't possibly use all of them or even rotate them. That's one of the reasons why I don't buy a lot. Because even if you put them in the refrigerator, they'll still go off eventually if you don't use them for years.
Mmh can you recommend more sophisticated perfume choices for like the Miranda type woman in the devil wears Prada . These choice are good if your into floral, sweet , feminine wear but I currently wear : Krigler OUD Azur, OUD for Greatness, Boadicea The Victorious Blue Sapphire

Unfortunately Delina Le Rosee took it back when I realized I couldn't afford it. However every time I go to KaDeWe I sneak the tester on my wrists and have a scented tester paper . For sure when I will have money I will bought it but this time I will not bring it back

Know what I learned... 99% of the population doesn't even like fragrances. Mostly because people waaaay over do it. So when I hear all the oh, it's going to help you pick up men or women etc... nope. You either absolutely love it, or literally never think about it.

I want to get the Musc de Noir but I don’t because the bottles are so confusing. Your bottle looks clear but online they are black, pink and white. I’m afraid of getting the wrong one and hating myself for it. It happened to me with another fragrance and I can’t return once is open of course. I have to find them in store and smell before making the purchase.

When my son was in college we drove 200 miles there and 200 back to purchase another Pennhaligon scent to add to his collection.

Yes definitely. Solar blossom = sweet orange blossom but fresh. Solaris = citrus + exotic floral
