If I remember right, the special thing with the clear parts is that they're supposed to be UV reactive similar to some of the other things coming out, might be worth a glance at it under a blacklight or similar. I believe that it's an evolution of the old stickers from the 00 kits that were florescent under UV
It's not glow-in-the-dark, though. Maybe it could disperse the light better than a normal gunpla clear plastic 🤷♂️
@@alfianfahmi5430Glow in the dark is different from the fluoresces in UV light, there are several of the beam sabers that fluoresce in UV...as did a lot of the stickers specifically in the 00 line
The thinner side part of clear-effect parts attract any light for a great reflective-effect as you see most safety reflectors from Bikes, Cars etc.
Praying with this new GN Drive that we get refreshed 00 hg kits like we did with SEED and Wing
This happened to be my first kit of 2024, and I absolutely love it. Looks so imposing with the Arc drives
With so many of the 00 based kits from build metaverse having new head builds, I can’t help but wonder if an HG 00 revive line is on the horizon
I'm still disappointed in the lack of a customized GN Sword III. It's my favourite weapon, and the only way to get it is in the HG 00 Raiser + GN Sword III kit. I've gotten it many times for my custom gunpla.

Man those colors and aesthetic gave me Temjin vibes at a cursory scroll until i looked deeper. VERY cool. I miss Virtual On
My one pet peeve about the kit is the cannon on the chest. Otherwise I’ve come around to my opinion of this 00 redesign. Now I’d really like to get my hands on this model 😊
Had to grab the 00 Sky Mobius to compare. The GN drive gimmick here is new and very cool addition. The previous GN drive was one solid piece.

Are you familiar with the yolopark transformers "kits"? They are advertised as kits but they are more like action figures with minor assembly. The details on them are great and they are perfect for painting projects.

the clear parts being reactive to light isn't a new thing as they were first implemented in the HG Reconguista In G kits being referred to in-universe as "Photon Battery Frame" parts.

will single blade nippers cut the clear parts better/cleaner for this kit?
Because the nature of these clear parts is that the plastic is harder and easily splinters, I would not recommend a flush cut with even the best nippers.
Still didn't like the idea using a whole one of your power generator as weaponry.

I think the problem is the 00D arc hold the drive in its hands instead of just hanging it on where it should be making the chance of the drive getting knocked off much higher
if it just rotate the whole drive base to cut enemy units it's fine
regardless of how its being used, detaching it from the main body should mean it no longer has the GN drive's perpetual power and is essentially on limited battery life

I also wonder can the two drives still perform the twin drive system since they aren't connected (not through wires or something else since there doesn't seem to be connections between the hilt and palm) when one is being use as a sword

It is a shame that the 00 Diver has never received a Master Grade of any kind. It seems like it would have been a very easy kit to accomplish from the 00 Gundam.

Still not sold on the design. Looks like a random overly designed 3rd party chinese kit, or a kitbash.
And it costs 2750 yen, which is the price of RG kits like Mk-II, Zgok, Tallgeese, Astray or Crossbone.
If only this was around 1500 yen or so..
Give it a few more months and maybe sellers will give them a lower price.
