In terms of season, yes Arsenal would definitely pip Man U. Players like Havertz, Trossard improved as the season went on. And pushing City till the last day is no joke, Klopp would attest to that. Man U on the other end was a mess. Injuries, listless tactics, off field antics with Sancho, players who were to be sold came clutch for them. Only bright spot apart from their FA Cup win was the form of their youngsters. Next season won't do them any good if they are not able to shift the non performing players and get in some quality signing.
Can't agree more. United ended the season on a high but it doesn't alter the fact that off the pitch they've been a total mess. Arsenal on the other hand have been solid even giving Bayern a tough time in the UCL.
