Thats a headache bcz both security and fps are important, however they make us decide here what we prioritize more. However, security is the neck of the system, and fps is some functionalities by the hands.. so loosing a bit of the hands is better than loosing neck.

protection can be optimized pretty well if you're not doing dumb stuff. that's just me though

Being hacked is the opposite if fun. If you can turn it on, you should, even if it cost a few FPS. You can always turn it off when you going to play a game

@@illuzio9142 easier to say than to do! A lot of time pc users are required for various reason to use third party applications and stuffs, I totally avoid stupid site and other bullshit, but I'm still a bit scared of those apps and third party stuff, even online gaming is full of hackers and a lot of massive company already struggle to protect our data! I'm not a pc expert, but a hard user

On battery saver modes for gaming it seems very impactful to just turn it off. Some new devices its the difference of 1hr to 3hrs of battery life change it seems

So turning it off means more battery life on a laptop? Sign me up.

Thanks for the upload. What should be most important is for users to be very cautious of the software they download and install. I'm very picky when it comes to that. I maintain that security should first be administered by the user. OS security, memory integrity, is secondary.

So you sacrifice a lot of security for barely 5% extra overal performance. That does sounds like a sketchy trade off.

Enable IOMMU in AMD BIOS [It is very well hidden!!!]. The CPU virtualization setting alone will not allow you to enable these security settings!!!!

This is a very irritating function inside Windows 11. Asus AI tweaker dont work when this is ON, Boss GT-100 FX processor dont work. Probably many more things dont work.

For some reason- when memory integrity is turned on, I can’t use my document camera (AverVision Sphere2 software, USB connection). But if I turn the memory integrity off, then it works just fine. Why is this?

bro u said that core isolation is the layer between apps and pc ( when downloading ), then how come it affects FPS, because game is now downloaded , according to your info now game is tested by core isolation and it is now good to run. Now what is the role of core isolation that it will affect FPS and Performance ?
