The black refrigerator is **Hideous** (yes imma drama queen 😂😂😂). I just don’t understand why anyone would want black cabinetry in a kitchen.

Absolutely stunning! I imagine a small hot tub outside the bedroom door on a privacy deck. I think the only changes i would make would be a regular flush toilet, and perhaps exchange the bathroom window for a skylight over the gorgeous tub. You didn't tell how you "almost lost 100k because of this tiny home" as your title stated. So curious! And how much for this home? Thank you!😊

Very aesthetically pleasing! Quality looks excellent. Wondering about where to put coats; placement and adequacy of venting in bathroom; whether there is a whole-house heat recovery ventilation system to control for condensation and mold; orientation of TV and couch, which looks awkward; window tinting for UV and brightness control (tho the beautiful awnings perhaps address this); and something to responsibly prevent bird strikes? That’s an imperative when you choose to have large expanses of glass. 3M makes film with a pre-printed dot pattern; I’m not sure if you can get it with tinting included or not. Or you can make and hang Acopian bird strings (as we did) which is a very economical and effective way to prevent bird strikes as well, but they do slap against the glass in a wind. It’s sort of pleasant in a way (and it helps make you more aware of outdoor conditions)-especially if you grew up around the sound of halyards slapping against the mast. Also concerned there will be real heating and cooling challenges/costs associated with so many windows vs. insulated walls. No quibble with the quality and beautiful aesthetics-just things I’d want to have answers for if choosing to design a tiny with what looks like a really quality tiny home builder.
There is airflow + venting throughout the entire home! The client is actually putting the couch a different way upon arrival, but this is just a light staging to show the home. It is a Fischer Paykel fridge but we customized it to be matte black! Same brand as the dishwasher!

What’s up with huge windows in bathrooms? Exhibitionism on parade? Invite the neighbors to watch? Black kitchen? Shudder! Most tinies are having to park in an RV park, so you will have VERY close neighbors, stopping by to admire that bathroom frequently. 😱
