Awesome video! I run an epoxy flooring company here in SWFL and we do a lot of tile removal so I’m happy to see you guys using the PCD (beaded) wheels correctly followed by the diamond cup to smooth it out. All that floor needs now is a beautiful metallic epoxy finish from yours truly! 😁
Definitely worth doing these training videos. Not just the tiles but how to remove a good oven without loosing the knobs, also windows and everything else.
Invest in custom kneepads well worth the money. I install the hardwood for several years. Supports your weight over larger distance instead of right on your knees.
Not saying this is the only way.....its the way we have built this company, we see guys with expensive tools and three guys standing around watching them use them or three guys standing around while they try to fix them......ect, ect.and the truth is on small residential, if you want to make money pay attention.
We have floor removal machines. What we find is by the time you get them up. The elevator get Em set up and get Rollin the amount of additional work. You got done with the machine could have already been done by the guys anyway. They have the option to use them all the time. And they prefer not to have to deal with the machine. It slows them down. You can't get in the hallway. You can't get in the closet. You can't get in the kitchens, or bathroom so if it's a big gigantic house, it works great or if you're in a walmart.

We use a cart with a breaker and a stand up floor grinder to avoid back breaking work
