TU vs FH - Which is better in Germany?

In Germany, there are two most popular institutions -
Technische Universität or Technical Universities(TU)
and Fachhochschule (FH) or the University of Applied Sciences.
Although in both of these, students study, attend lectures and practicals, give exams, etc.
but there are many differences.

​@@ScholarStream_25In Germany we decide between 2 types of Highshools/Hochschulen.
1 is the normal University and the more specialized Technical University (Normal TU's and TU9).
And the other type is the Fachhochschule. In Germany it's an art of university with more practice but it's not the real university at the end. For Example, you're not allowed to make the doctor or professor. Problem is that the international name of the Fachhochschulen, is as well university because Fachhochschule as a word doesn't exist in other languages. Just look at Wikipedia and search for the name.

Can i apply for a masters degree in a technical university using a masters degree certification i obtained from a university of applied sciences.
Thus i intend to have two masters degree.
One form FH and another from TU.
Is it possible ?

If Bachelor's degree is from FH , then is it possible to get into a TU for masters?

It is easier to get both bachelor and master at the FH and upgrade it with a TU Master in the end.

If you are very good, you can get a PhD at the TU with a master degree from an FH.
