Exactly. These brands sell this idea that more is better which is not the case. Our skin, itself is a powerful organ and does not need this much extra external help to stay healthy.
Korean 10 step routine was specifically made for people with Korean climatic conditions. They live in drier climate compared to India. Hence they need more hydration n moisture. So they have multiple steps for hydration like essence, emusion etc. Like you said every individual person has diff skin n condition. Hence its very personalised.

I am sorry for the confusion 🙈 Mein pahele jab vitamin c serum use karna suru kiya tha tab it worked really well in my skin but after one year, my face became dry and I suspect it was the vitamin c serum which did that. So I have stopped using the serum.

I'm afraid u might spread misconception. Sampati is an ardent follower of hyram n these essential oils,lemon, coconut oil,alcohols n fragnance are like devil's to skincare. Pls watch @skincarebyhyram. Don't recommend without knowing tht too on sampatis channel.
Just cleanse use a serum probably niacinamide and Moisturize. Do skincare 2 times a day.If u have open pore n blackhead problem slowly introduce 2% salicylic acid serum. Always wear sunscreen .

You can try Etude House Soon Jung Emulsion. I love Purito serum and I have recently tried dr sheth anti pollution serum which was really average. I can suggest you hydrating serums but unfortunately you won’t get them now because beauty barn is closed for the lockdown.😭
It is not always about the products.. korean products are made for korean weather. Many places in India are humid, we don't really need 10 step skincare... indian skin type is regarded as one of the best, applying too many products is not required therefore, it disturbs the harmony of the skin.

Salicylic acid 2% minimalist... For aha u can go for dr sheth glycolic toner. See if it suits patch test
