Thanks again Gary! We love to high press with our u10 and this made we think on different ways to incorporate it within our upcoming training sessions.
Hey Gary, great insight as always. Just wondering how you would press from the front vs. 3-4-3? Just curious as to thoughts or ideas on how to set the press. Cheers
question I can't in a 1-4-3-3 system when i face a team that plays with 4 at the back , i can have my i can have my winger player on their full back and not wait for the ball.from what i understand you dont recommend it bad it right.who else can health me
It's just about managing distances based on the profile of players you are working with. This will change from team to team so we cannot give set instructions.
If I was red, I would not play in that shape. The way you have red set up, they can't take advantage of their superior numbers on their defensive section of the field.

Every serious coach should n ow how to beat 4 3 3
It's depends on the quality of your team and opponents..
It's not just about the coach beating the system on paper..

Appreciate the viewpoint.
