@@TravisMarziani After close to 2 months I finally got my product approved to sell....as I was looking into launching a PPC campaign I noticed that my product wasn't showing a price even when clicked on. When I inquired about the issue to my shock I was explained that I had not yet "earned" the privilege of the buy box. That made about the 30th issue I had with Amazon and the final straw for me. I had others explain to me that it took them 6 months to 4 years to earn this "privilege". Call me old fashioned but in my mind I was paying Amazon for a service in order to sell my products. I was not paying them to be God of my life. I don't see how they legally can do this.

I'm still crossing the t's and dotting the i's at this point. I'm hoping to have it going live within a month. On the side I am running a small Etsy store and I'm currently giving Amazon another shot but this time as an individual seller (no monthly fee) on a product that I create so I will have almost no competition. We will see how that goes.

Then after 2 weeks the algorithm will recognize you as the top seller on the listing and you will be granted the buy box.

Would like you to be more elaborate. Amazon is more like google, can't live without amazon. Selling on amazon is more like a jungle, survival of the fittest, the "fittest" on amazon are the ones who knows how amazon works and are very competitive. I guess you can't survive in the Amazon's Jungle in reality and in the web E-Commerce platform.

I have a lot of fear doing FBA, not only because of what you experienced, but who knows how they’re handling your property in their warehouse. You can’t oversee the workers and hardly ever do you physically get to see the items to check for manufacturing errors. Also it’s crazy expensive, I like FBM better. It’s more work, but quality control is so important.

Amz is a shoot first ask questions later company. No matter how big or small you are, that's how they respond. It doesn't take much for your ASIN or even whole account to be suspended. There are a few books out there on how to avoid account suspensions and how to resolve the problem if it is.

What’s your suggestion for violation of counterfeiting policy ?
Someone bought my product and claimed it was fake . The person who purchased it has an address with no house number . So I wonder how did the product got delivered to an address that only has city and state …I was doing retail arbitrage and I was doing good . Then I started searching for Chinese suppliers and this happens … the product is a Cerave product and I called them and they said they are not giving out
authorization letters. I submitted many appeals and they all got rejected. They said they want an invoice from authorized distributor. . I don’t think my supplier is an authorized distributor. I asked for an authorization letter from the brand and they said they are not giving out any . I don’t know what to do

But Amazon is writing on the account health page.. Our evaluation is in progress..
From April 6 to June 25 is about two and a half months
I tried to contact them through someone else...they told me that the account had been permanently suspended...

Wow, amazon needs to build an advance fraud prevention system like taking photos of the product before sent to customers so that they know for a fact customer is full of shit when they say product is expired. They really did screwed your business for something that was not your fault, makes amazon look really not professional. I mean this is normal in food business, you'll always get a customer cheating the system, you should be smarter than the customer and always plan ahead for preventing this, take pictures of products when stocked and have everything documented by some legal witness or whatnot. Amazon should've asked you for legal certified documents which shows the product's shelf life and evaluated each food item before stocked.
