Great video, I’d like to add the following. DO NOT put your labels over a seem of the box that would be sliced open. Stick them to the sides. If that barcode gets sliced or ripped or disrupted, you’ll be in for more work to square your inventory away.
Can you elaborate on this point at 2:20? We are to enter our manufacturer's address for the ship from address. However if we're shipping from overseas we should use a California address? Thank you

Trav, it's a lot of work to send goods to Amazon FBA and I don't mind it... but I live outside of the US!!!! WHAT TO DO THEN?? can I have the shipment prep'd from the manufacturer as per Amazon guidelines with all the bar codes and shipment papers already attached to it? I don't really understand why you had to ship to your house when the UPC and SKU codes are already printed on your units packages..???

It's better to have a freight forwarder deliver the goods for you 1. Suppliers focus on production, and freight forwarders focus on transportation. Professional things are left to professional people. I am sure that the delivery service provided by the supplier also employs its own freight forwarder. Once your delivery has some problems, it is difficult for your supplier to be timely and professional. And give you a professional explanation, he can only deal with it through his freight forwarder 2. The shipping cost provided by the supplier is not transparent, because he gets a price from his freight forwarder, he can charge you more and earn the difference 3. The supplier is your trading party, it is best not to make everything responsible to your supplier, which will make you passive in future negotiations

And I noticed that Amazon FBA shipped products to customers in a bubble wrap (soft packaging) that ruined the product inside due to handling in shipments. How can I request to Amazon FBA to send the product to customer in hard corrugated boxes ?

How do i get the tracking info if i selected Non-Amazon partnered carrier? this was the only option available to me between the shipping locations.

Very good video. But only 1 little mistake. You can sent inventory without a UPC code if the item is unbranded.
