This iPhone 8 Stopped Working Suddenly | How To Fix An iPhone With No Power

Let’s walk through the full process of diagnosing a No Power scenario on an iPhone 8. This includes diagnosing at the logic board level.
First, we check with the USB Meter (amzn.to/3xKji3t) how much current draw there is when trying to charge.
Then we can run a Tristar Tester (www.mobilesentrix.com/smartmo...) to see if any issues are detected in the charging circuit.
Next, we take the board out of the housing & test the logic board only with the DC Power Supply / DT880 (vccboardrepairs.com/buy-dt880....
Once we see there’s current draw before prompt to boot, we use the Seek Thermal Cam (amzn.to/34I4whX) with Macro Lens (www.vccboardrepairs.com/buy-m...) and stand (vccboardrepairs.com/buy-seek-...) to try to find the source of heat.
In this case, we found GSMPA_K was shorted. So we replaced it... but then we ran into trouble.

Hey great video but why do you even bother checking the common lines, if the thermal camera will show the short either way? Wouldn't it be more usefull to use the cam directly?
Because whatever gets hot isn't always the fault
A good technician will double and triple check before doing any work

Wondering is it easy doing replace hdmi in ipad air 4 generation I have those hdmi damage. Is it simple replace by myself doing with hot air as usual what yall doing that I think I able can do it myself as practice lol and I'm do self taught but learning

nowhere. it's completely out of stock everywhere. and it's no longer in production.

boosts the voltage, as the line suggests
