- Drew gets access to a Norfolk boatyard that boasts over half a century of surplus stock. On the outskirts of Manchester, he visits an antique shop that's jam-packed with items.
Drew Pritchard, the owner of one of the UK's largest decorative salvage yards, is always on the lookout for new items to replenish his stock, and he has no qualms about scouring the countryside for them. This series follows Drew as he searches for old and lost pieces of history throughout the world, including some opulent estates. But locating them is only half the battle; Drew must persuade the owner of each object to sell it to him for a good price, and then it's off to the scrap yard, where his team restores it to its former glory before selling it for profit.

I have seen many of the videos of old places "returning to the earth" from neglect and abandonment. It is good to see places where things are returned to active use! My wife has tracked some of her family to Wales. If I could find a tour of such places with such a knowledgable person to give insight into what we are looking at I would be looking for ways to to make a trip over from Texas! I would be satisfied with more local places that do not have anything for sale, but just a lot of interesting things. I believe the 4-6 hours road trips would be interesting, but they would eat up a lot of our budget unless Drew could put us up or find family to do it! Do you know any people named "Griffen" , "Goode" or maybe even possibly "Griffith" in or around Caernarfon?
When he displayed the CIRCUS letters in the shop, the S was upside down. I loved seeing where the blue enamel lamp found its home!
