- Drew and Tee drive up to Wookey Hole, a small village near Somerset, to hunt for stock. Their first stop is the circus museum where Drew hopes to find treasure.
Drew Pritchard, the owner of one of the UK's largest decorative salvage yards, is always on the lookout for new items to replenish his stock, and he has no qualms about scouring the countryside for them. This series follows Drew as he searches for old and lost pieces of history throughout the world, including some opulent estates. But locating them is only half the battle; Drew must persuade the owner of each object to sell it to him for a good price, and then it's off to the scrap yard, where his team restores it to its former glory before selling it for profit.

As far as Drews white box truck for business goes, I can’t even imagine how much he must spend for tires, fuel, maintenance and repairs with all the thousands of miles they drive in a year. I think the truck is a diesel, which would be smart. You can put hundreds of thousands of miles on those motors.
With regards to Drew’s profit margin, it appears it’s between 50%-75%…..if you do the math. That’s a pretty healthy margin 👌
How much does anyone want to bet that we can come back three years later and that lounge chair will still be propped up against that wall??? What a total waste.

Oh, Alistair, just continue to hoard your items in heaps of disrepair, thinking "someday I'll get to it" as the house, the items and you continue to deteriorate. Sad, really.
As far as that junk lounger found in the stables at that country house, I can’t see why that man wants to keep it. Drew digs it out, wastes him time and then the man won’t sell it. I’d be a little Tee’d off.

Probably a tradition and modesty, plus it's always chilly in England even on a sunny day.
@@janetbeebe6578 The weather was beautiful in Summer and everyone was complaining it was too hot, so don't exaggerate. Loads of countries have worse weather but everyone picks on England. Just look at what has happened in Europe this summer. Terrible floods.

Drew's main social function is to, rather disturbingly, help convince stupid people to hang on to their under-appreciated junk.
Maybe someone will allow Drew to explore their green rubbish bins 30 minutes prior to pick-up time; he may be allowed to bid on some used KFC cartons.
