- At a 500-year-old Tudor manor in Cheshire, Drew vies for a pair of intriguing sculptures. And, at a salvage yard in Kent, Drew uncovers a ragtag collection of Victorian-era gems.
Drew Pritchard, the owner of one of the UK's largest decorative salvage yards, is always on the lookout for new items to replenish his stock, and he has no qualms about scouring the countryside for them. This series follows Drew as he searches for old and lost pieces of history throughout the world, including some opulent estates. But locating them is only half the battle; Drew must persuade the owner of each object to sell it to him for a good price, and then it's off to the scrap yard, where his team restores it to its former glory before selling it for profit.

Why, in this age of cell phones do they not just take photos on their cells of the item in question in order to show the father, rather than try and describe?
Printing press 20Th century, I should say not, your out about 1 or 2 hundred years there.

Funny how he talks down about the bus oh they're not worth much if they were somebody different but whenever he was looking at them the announcer said they were worth 4,000 pounds
I assume they've estimated busts values after their visit. I wouldn't be surprised if they bought them later for higher price.
Drew: *buys something for 150*
Drew: *wants to sell it for 700*
Also Drew: *don't want them to think I'm making too much profit*
Drew: 'restauration is 549. I'm fine with making a nice full pound on this item.'

Don't let them fool you if he only made a pound profit on them he wouldn't stay in business he wouldn't want to be in business

No. Still divorced.
They seem to have agreed to keep working together. Or perhaps Rebecca now owns half the business (maybe she always has?) and Drew can’t afford to buy her out.
In the newer series, the couple are never seen in the same room together
It's funny he can have fun driving somebody else's truck but he can't take the time and drive his own van he makes tee drive him everywhere
Afaik, Drew can't drive because he lost his driving license. He was driving the van in the first 2 series.
