Thank you. I had no idea Printify was not already linked to the shop's account as far as the payments go. Now I realize how much Revenue VS actual NET difference are
Have u got a telegram?
I keep seeing videos about printify being free to sell products & read that they take the fees out of the sale.
yes, to make the products
Thank you - I wasn't aware that i had to manually go in and approve the orders from my sales website to printify.
Thanks man, there are a lot of videos on print on demand but yours has really useful information.
Glad it was helpful!
You have been very helpful with all your video regarding to printify and Etsy information. God bless you! And thank you
Do I have to pay Printify individually for each order processed on Etsy? Or printify will simply charge my credit card automatically? Or do i have to authrorize the payment each time manually??
I have a question, if you don't mind answering. Do you suggest using a Paypal account or your own credit/debit card for the billing?
I do not have ANY little green icon on the top right hand side of my laptop screen. My screen is completely different. I don't have any listings at all. I'm just trying to set up Printify.
I guess I’m a little confused on brand new to POD when I purchase a product to put on my shop does PEOD take out funds automatically or when somebody buys something then they take it out and keep searching for information and I’m a little lost on this
You only get charged for a product when an order is received. Creating a product listing does not cost anything on Printify. Once you get an order from your sales channel (Etsy/Shopify/etc) then you will be charged for the production cost of the items.
Thanks for responding I was a little worried I was getting charged for creating. I know silly but I’m new to this I just subscribed to your channel too a lot of good info
Brother, tell me, I have learned everything about the pod, now I will start the pod or my website is made from WordPress or I have also connected printify. Now when a customer purchases the product, who will receive the payment directly? You will get order from printify or you will get commission credit.
This was so helpful, thank you!!! I was so confused until I found this video lol
I was not able to get the premium coupon code to work. I got an error saying it was a bad code. Any advice?
Hi for the taxes option. What if my country is not on the options given? Im sorry for the stupid question but is it necessary to fill in the taxes tab if my country is not included in the listed options? THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Hey! thanks for this very informative video. My payment settings actually have both payoneer and paypal option to click. So maybe that's an update for new accounts in the US now. May i ask, what happens after the 30 day trial for premium? Will you be obliged to continue with premium or still have the option to use the non premium one
At the end of the trial for premium, the payment method you have on file will be charged the monthly price of $30 unless you cancel it. You don't have to contact Printify to cancel, you should see an option to cancel the subscription on your Payments page in your account. You can also switch to an annual plan there if you decide to keep it and want to get the slight discount for paying annually.
Thank you ! I was having issues with my payments and fonally figured what was wrong had to delete the card that i previously had and added another one and worked fine This helped me alot !
Do you have any suggestions on how to prepare for potential sales? Understanding we have to pay for the fulfillment prior getting paid from Etsy.
Hey,thankyou for your info..my question is printify pop up store can hold my money for a while cuz it takes time for me to get online payment method in my country???
my currency and pricing on etsy are not the same on printify. how do i fix this issue?
Why the shop is not making sales? I am not connected to payments?
Google gemini says , you dont need to pay in front of customer buying something, many. So its very confusing
That's correct, you never pay for a product before a customer places an order. But you pay Printify to fulfill the order prior to receiving the revenue in your bank account, so your payment occurs in-between when the order is placed and when you receive the payout.
great video, Do I have to connect Printify to another account in order to sell my products? I don't have etsy or ebay. Please advise.
Printify does have a way to sell directly on their platform with your own storefront if you don't want to sell through a separately website or sales platform. They have more information about it here: printify.com/pop-up-store/
Your coupon doesn't work
ok so how do I add tax info it said online inorder to see payment from each month on the 14th I need to add paypal and tax info
Thank you for this video. By any chance do you or anyone else know if you are a seller outside of the US do we have to file taxes? Because I am seeing that for US citizens you guys have to . Thanks
Can I use my Shopify Balance card as the payment card on Printify (leaving my printify balance at $0)? Is that advisable?
Great video. What is the difference between the payout settings and the payment settings? For instance, there is a payout settings on the Printify pop up. How do I know which one to use.
Printify only does payouts for the pop-up store sales channel. So you only have to go into those settings if you are selling through a pop-up store. Any other sales channels (Etsy, Shopify, etc.) require the payment settings but not the payout settings.
@@PODinsights Thank you.
I connected my printify to my Etsy, so would I still have to send my Etsy sale to printify? Wouldn’t the link they click right on Etsy bring them to my printify store? Maybe that’s new not sure, hope you can help! Thanks!
Yes, the order will go to Printify directly. Then, Printify will pay you and then they will charge you for the same amount they paid you. That is what I didn’t understand. But, that is how it works.
Another good video! This is for creating my store and I'm new to this, and one question I have is if I can change the currency to dollars or, for example, to euros whenever I want? Or once you choose, you can't change it back? I say this because I would like to prove that it is more convenient to do this from Europe, because I really don't know if my bank charges me commissions, and if it is better to leave it in dollars. It also seems to me that it is convenient for me to sell only in the USA with printiful. Do you think it might be better for me to work with other platforms instead of Printify? What do you think? thank you!!
Is there no way to top up my balance with a credit or debit card. I've never heard of something only doin PayPal when they also work with your bank and credit lol
No I wanted to see a step by step on how to set up the tax section of setting everything up
if i set my payment in usd, and then change the amount in usd to 900 usd (because i want it to be 900 pesos on etsy), will printify charge me 900 usd? or will it just charge me 16 usd?
Hello i have a question, so i just sold couple tshirts and a sweatshirt totalling 81$.. through the cuts from printify i will most likely get 25$ or so.. do i need a printifiy balance to get that out or does it do it automatically?
also what if i have no money in my bank.. i cant take out what i sold from the merch? and use that to pay printify?
Most sales channels do not pay you fast enough for you to have the money before submitting the order to production. You don't want to hold up the customer's order because that adds a delay for them receiving the product, so you pay Printify and then your sales channel pays you. Some sales channels pay out more frequently than others - I think the default on Shopify is to pay out every 3 days. On Etsy mine is set up to pay me every week. Once you have a few orders this cycle does not matter anymore as long as you're not emptying your account frequently. If you want to get started without any cost at all, then something like Printify Pop-Up might be a better choice because they pay you monthly after subtracting your order fulfillment costs.
How do add PayPal to my printfiy to get payed
Will printify still charge me if I don't make any sales after a month? Do you recommend a strategy for managing payments and charges on printify for someone who is just starting off? I started my Printify account and created a few products but I am only a student so I don't have much money. What would the charges look like for someone who had just began their Printify shop/Etsy shop? I would like to make sure so I am not going into credit card debt and lose all my money if for some reason my products aren't selling.
Hi! If you signed up for a free account (not Printify Premium) you will not be charged anything until you receive an order and submit it to production. There is no monthly charge to have a Printify account unless you signed up for the Premium subscription.
@@PODinsights Thank you other question I have, why does printify charge more on shipping than production? If I am trying to make a fair price for the customer, wouldn't I still be charged more than what I am recieving? Even if I put a low shipping price for a product or a low price for the product itself, wouldn't I still be charged twice more on production and shipping? Say for example I am setting a price for a shirt for 20 dollars and its 4 dollars shipping. However I could be charged on printify's shipping fees 15 dollars and production fees 30 dollars. Wouldn't that be in a way a rip off if I am sacrificing more than while the customer is paying a satisfactory payment? Wouldn't I not have a choice in a way to charge the customer what Printify is charging me, just because I am using their services to make and ship products?
@@yazzers7940 Your pricing should always be set at a level that will provide a profit after Etsy fees and your fulfillment cost are removed. It will depend based on which country you are primarily selling in, but Printify has many print providers available for common products like t-shirts. You should always look for the right product to sell. For example, in the US, print provider Monster Digital offers the Gildan 5000 t-shirt at a price of $9.33 + $4.75 shipping USD, so the total cost to fulfill is $14.08. That is the pricing currently for the Printify free account. You can absolutely sell t-shirts and make a profit with that cost. I'm not sure what product you're specifically referencing or which print provider, but if there are products priced too high to make a product, you simply select a different product and/or print provider so that you can price it appropriately.
@@PODinsights I understand. I am shipping and producing within Canada. But as a beginner seller on etsy how can I set an affordable price for customers on etsy and at still be able to pay back all charges on printify? Like yes I wanna put cheaper prices but I feel like Printify will charge me twice more for production and shipping.
@@PODinsights For example if I am trying to sell round pins with duplium's production services that are located in Canada, they charge around 3.18 for round pins but shipping rates in CAD is 9.99. Say if I put 3.18 for pins and 4.99 for shipping, will printify charge me 9.99 for shipping still, even if I set the price lower?
Thank you very much for your video they are always fantastic.
I tried to connect two Etsy shops to my printify account but I get an error message that says “Your Printify store is already connected to an Etsy store via different store name.
Multiple stores under one Etsy store are not supported. You can disconnect this Printify store under the Settings tab, in your Manage Your Store page.” Could someone help me with this problem? 😢
Please does printfy accept virtual card from redotpay app to pay with please don't ignore the comment I asked the support center but they just send an articles to me I need a quick answer please I spend 7 month set my brand and make products and with my first order I couldn't pay to printfy as my country make a law to banks that no one could pay any thing from outside useing visa
What i need is money reserve advance. Example if i got 500 sales well how can i cover the cost if shopify doesnt pay withing 24 hours
1) Have to tell printify to process the order within 24 hours to wait for your payout to finish. 2) Business credit card so printify can process it asap and your payout pays your card off. I once used the shopify balance virtual card or the routing # for printify to draw funds but I had to tell printify to wait 24 hrs. to process orders.
So what if I live in Canada and I want my demographic to be U.S. customers?
Hi! You would still want your account currency to match your bank account so your bank doesn't charge you an exchange rate or foreign transaction fee for the charges coming from Printify. Your Etsy shop can also still be in Canadian currency so your payouts are in the correct currency because Etsy will automatically display your listing prices in USD to customers located in the US. If you primarily want to sell in the US, you can create your listings with print providers located in the US and set the US as your country of origin in your shipping profiles. Your listings will show as coming from the US to US customers and they won't have to pay any additional taxes.
hy i just made my printify account, i'm from belguim and i dont have a debit or credit card. However i do have paypal and i would like to pay an manual order with my paypal balance is this possible and if i put to much money in my printify balance will i be able to withdraw the money back on to my paypal ?
Hi! Yes, you can withdraw from your Printify balance if you end up with too much in there.
Hello, thanks for the very informative video regarding payment setting. I have a question and hopefully you could help. I am in New Zealand and have Printify billing account as USD by default. My Product currency as AUD (the nearest rate to NZD) for me to publish to Etsy NZ (in NZD). When the order came in, amount is matching up until the "Total Cost" which is in USD including Shipping fees. I am being charge with USD (due to conversion) for the "total cost" and cost is higher (after conversion) compare to what it should be in NZD.
Printify
Billing Currency - USD
Product Currency - AUD
Etsy
Shop Currency - NZD (Amount is similar to Printify when publish as AUD)
Do you have any advise or suggestion to help mitigate this discrepancy?
Did you fix this problem?
Informative video. I have a question. I am using printify, from pakistan. when I click my product the price is in pkr. if someone buy my product they will in pkr or us dollar? 2nd when I go to currency setting they only show me us, euro, there is confusion. can you guide me? need reply thank you.
Hi, this question is for him to answer but based on the videos I've watched, you have to set your price as is. Example your price is 100pkr+production cost, then put 100pkr+production cost as price of it. disgerard the dollar sign. Just get the production cost in dollar then add your desired profit then set your price in your own currency. Because Printify will only get the production cost (and shipping cost I guessed) from your account.
How do I connect my sales channel directly to my printify balance?? Can any one help me
Hey! Thanks for the much needed information, newbie here! Do you happen to know if youre going to be offering a coupon code for us new users in 2024? Many thanks ;)

Thankyou man, new subscriber here
Oh its complicated i tought when you got order they just give you the % you earned
My bank account was declined even it is good and active
Thank you so much !!
Very helpful. Thank you.
Love your delivery style on your videos, I followed your videos to learn how to do Printify and Etsy, Now I'm designing my first mug on Printify, integrated with Etsy, So If I understand this right, Printify will charge 4.40 for the 11oz mug, District Photo will charge 4.40 for the Mug, then shipping is 5.99, plus Etsy fees?? Am I calculating this right?? I know Us Newbies, But Thank You for your help.
Thank you! The cost will be the product price (4.40) plus shipping (5.99), that is correct! And your proceeds from the sale will have Etsy fees deducted before they are paid out to your account. If you haven't found an Etsy fee/profit calculator that you like yet, here's one that I like to quickly calculate prices: www.alura.io/resources/etsy-fee-calculator
How do I get paid
Thank you. I'd like to know tooo.😂
Very good information.Thank you!
Great info, thank you.
The page is completely different now
can you get shopify to auto pay printify? or do you need a printify balance to get them to print shit
Printify doesn't receive funds from any sales channel directly, order fulfillment has to be paid by you either with printify balance or a card on file.
@@PODinsights very nice thank you
Finally thank you!

I thought the printify was
