I love that you pack your husband's lunch....I'm 52 and have been packing my husband's lunch since I was 28....It's a love language that I feel deeply and it means so much!!!!👏👏👏👏Also....fun fact:I got the cutest SPIDER MAN SANDWICH CONTAINER at Dollar Tree for his sandwiches 🤣I didn't tell him and when he opened his lunch and seen it, he LOVED it....haha!!!! And, lil love notes in his lunch box is the cherry on top! Gotta do the little things...They mean the most!

Doesn’t it just feel so good to wake up to a clean & tidy house. It truly sets the tone for your day. I learned a long time ago how much I hated getting up to a dirty kitchen. So, no matter how stinkin tired I was I made sure the kitchen was all clean before I went to bed. It makes such a huge difference in how you start your day. Hope all is going well with your new shed. People really don't understand how much aunt flo takes out of you. Last week I could barely even keep my eyes open. And it's okay to use that time to rest as needed. You are an inspiration for doing all of this.

Cramps and fatigue used to take me out… taking an iron supplement and making sure I’m completely hydrated helps a lot though
I feel like the last few years, my monthly friend wipes me out! I know when she’s about to pay me a visit because I get so freaking tired, like pregnancy tired. It’s so crazy, it’s never been like that for me. Welcome to the 40’s I guess. 😑
Karrie I admire how much you get done in a day!! Don't tell me you don't do it every day because you do it all! Reminds me of when I was younger and it kills be that I can't do the things I use to do. However, You still inspire me to get motivated and get done what I can. I adore you!

A night time reset is a must for me. I used to hate cleaning but I have learned daily maintenance is key to always having a clean home and less overwhelming when it’s time for “deep” cleaning

I have this plug in UV that helps with flies and all kinds of bugs. Target has one it's the Zevo brand. I highly recommend!!! It has no scent at all it attracts the bugs with light and then they stick on the back and you just replace the back part. Love it

Both of my cats go inside the dishwasher! Only when putting in the dirty dishes. They're not allowed in when they're clean. It's adorable, but some people would not like it one bit. They also jump in the fridge. I guess a lot of cats do this. Who knew? Lol!!!

You have a lovely home, and you take such good care of it! I enjoy watching your kids and dogs running around--so sweet! And how nice to make lunch for your husband--he can think of your loving hands making him a meal even if he's away at work! It is satisfying at the end of the day to clean up and tidy up so the next day is a fresh start. Great video--thanks for sharing!
I love to wake up to an empty sink. One thing we did is a "tidy 10" with our kids. We set a timer and they picked up their stuff and put it away. It taught them the value of work and that care of things takes time. I appreciated their help and we all grew in gratitude for each other. Great job of taking care of your hard working hubby too!😊

Those fly catching bags do work It's amazing just hang it under the house roof on a corner where you guys do not move a lot.
hang a cotton ball soaked in ammonia (I use christmas ornament hooks) from the screens on your doors and windows. I havent had a fly in my home in YEARS

We have 2 dogs and 2 cats we lost our oldest the first week of May I miss her so much anyway my husbands cat Harry takes a bath in the water bowl two front paws soaking wet and cat hair in the bowl. My poor little Shi poo just looks up at me like really mom. ❤❤❤❤❤

When my kids were home, we were a family of 6 and I used to work nights.I would come home at midnight and clean my whole house.While everybody was sleeping.It was awesome

You know it’s so hot here in Texas too. I put ice in the dogs, water and my dogs like to fish it out and chew it and of course they drip all over the floor and yes, the water gets so dirty. I think the food drips out of their mouth.

Karrie try Zevo. It's expensive, but really works from someone who often leaves dishes in the sink overnight😅. You plug the main unit into the receptacle with a fresh sticky refill and I leave it in for about three weeks during the summer and you take off the sticky refill and just throw it out. No smell, just a soft, blue light. Good luck hon😊!

It's also pet friendly if you need to use the spray.

Have you tried the fly paper on rolls that you hang up on a hook. I'm in Alabama and I use them inside and on the front and back porches. Works well and doesn't stink.

We also have a lot of flies. I use ZEVO, you plug them in and the flies are drawn to them by the light in it, they stick to it. It doesn’t smell. I have a couple around the living room and hallway. They also have a spray that really works also!!! Walmart has it or Amazon.

For indoor flies there are these clear adhesive window traps called Flymaster. They work like flypaper. Hang on windows up behind the blind - valance - curtain. Change when they fill. Sometimes the caught ones buzz til they die which is gross....but way better than a fly landing on the butter! If I have 4 or 5 flying around at night I stick one near a light by where they congregate overnight & by AM presto...caught em. Try try!

Those fly traps work great! We usually have 2 hanging outside in the trees. A must have in the ranching community. That smell is pretty bad (like something died) but that's what attracts the flies.

I am a full time student trying to finish college I just had my son so I am looking for work and I have a 23 month old and a 4 year old plus I am a wife and currently stay at home mom plus I am going back to work after having all my kids and I am trying to finish my degree too get better jobs

For flies - Put water in a sandwich baggie. Close the bag & hang above the outside door.
Works in GA. Dont know about Florida flies. 😅
I'm in Florida, too, so I understand about the flies. have a fly trap hanging near my back door that helps. I also moved my large outside garbage cans way back from the house. Zevo spray is a go to. It is nontoxic to people and pets. I spray then clean up the flies and area.

When my daughters were young children I cleaned at night and usually tried to get most chores done on Thursday night so that we could all enjoy the weekend.

Hi Karrie, I’m the same I get very motivated to clean in the evenings for whatever reason 😅! I’m in Naples and I swear I can’t live without my fly traps, I use the safer home plug in fly traps, I have like 6 scattered throughout my house. Highly recommended them they work amazing!
I certainly should do this more at night but sometime I just fall into bed. Good idea to try to have a night routine. How many dogs do you have? Is it three? They’re so cute.

When I make my sandwich for work, I fold the plate a little to go in the zip lock bag. I love having my sandwich on a plate with a napkin. I’m so extra. 😀

I’m from Iowa and we use fly strips. You could always put one over by your pantry.
Karrie I have a fly swatter I got off Amazon it’s like a tennis racket that zaps them dead and lots of fun to use I do recommend it.

We also get flies here in AZ and I have a bug lantern zapper thing and I just plug it in once it’s dark and leave it o n the counter for an hour or two before bed. Gets all the flies 👍🏻
My dogs love to "prewash" the dishes, too.😀
You need to try zevo to get the flies. It works wonderful! I use one in my camper as well and it takes care of flies and other flying things. It plugs in but is soooo worth it!
