Me too. If God's will is for me to live my whole life without a compatible partner, i shall take it with all my heart though i have a longing like a soul that was separated and yearning to be united just like eve was separated from adam and God brought eve to him
I remember thinking the video posted Monday was not for me. I am no where near ready for marriage. I am content being single right now (God is bae). I was talking to God last night about my concerns and He led me to scriptures and one of them was in regards to marriage. I concluded that God wants me to start praying for my future spouse. However, I asked God for more confirmation (although I kept seeing online ministries speaking of marriage). During prayer I said, "Lord if Daphne (yes I said your name)post another video on marriage I will obey You and start praying for my future spouse." And now I am watching you lol.

That is how I felt. I felt like it is too soon for me to think of my spouse because I have to be single longer and get all the benefits but the sermons I watched were about relationship, marriage. Then those I follow for ministry happen to be married. At first, I said this just isn't a message for me but some other sister and now I see this but I am afraid to ask God if I should look fwd to a husband because I have been pressed for it months ago. I will still ask

Thanks for this Dephne! I was in prayer last night and I saw a vision of angels in heaven that were putting together my marriage certificate. I could see that I had already signed the certificate and there was another spot for my husbands signature that was yet to be signed. However, I DID see a name written on it, although I could not read the name. I then saw that in the spirit I was already wearing an engagement ring, it was beautiful! I asked the Lord what he meant by all this and He said that in the spirit I am already engaged to someone as heaven has chosen my husband. I have not met him yet but He said I will soon. My prayer is that what has been decided in Heaven concerning my marriage will soon manifest on earth in Jesus' name!

And I'm not sitting here twiddling my thumb waiting because God isnt allowing it, he's teaching me and instructing me to change things in my life that I never have even thought of.. but in hindsight, and it's all for my good..I would have been a crummy wife if he had not creating that work in my heart mind and soul.
He healed my theories and conceptions of what I fantasized marriage to be and he showed me what It truly was.
God told me that if he gave him to me in my time then he would have looked at me in disgust and passed me by...I was crushed but I kept bothering him with the when question and I wasn't ready for that reply but in hindsight It sat me down and shut me up!!!

This is my season for me to meet my husband I feel it in Jesus Christ Name. Lord thank You for preparing me and for preparing him. Am coming to testify soon for this prayer. Thank You Lord Jesus Christ

Update?
This video humbled me to grow in trust with God. I keep fighting Him, I feel so foolish. God has prepared everything for me, I just need to walk in obedience to Him. After everything God has shown me, I still question and doubt. God stopped giving me dreams and confirmations and told me just to believe Him. I keep breaking His heart when I don’t trust Him. Thank you giving me perspective on this area.
I can agree, I do this too. I pray that God snaps me out of that immediately or I will wipe away my own blessings

This video is powerful. I am 43, and I desire to get married, however after listening to this video I realize that marriage is very serious and I need to spiritually mature. I pray for the contentment in my single life.
I feel like she called me out when she talked about the woman being content in God alone. Lol I had a couple members of my church tell me that they were praying for me a husband, and my thought each time was "I didn't ask for that. 😐" I even had the prophet in my church come and tell me I was being picky, but it was good to have standards.
That got me to thinking though because I'm contentedly single. And I asked the Lord am I supposed to be married. Then I told Him I don't want to know the answer to that question because either way I'd be upset about the answer.
One of my friends asked me why I didn't want to be married and after giving my answer, she summed up my answer by saying, "So basically you don't want to be married because you're selfish." And my response was, "Exactly!"
But God has been working on me and the selfishness and today after watching this video, I asked Him if I'm meant to be married (even though I feel like I already know the answer) and I feel that whatever answer He gives me I can be content with that.
Pray for me y'all and be blessed. 😊

I've been divorced for 9 years and it's been very difficult at times. I was married for 18 years and after my divorce I had given up on marriage. After listening to the video, it has given me hope to get married again. I pray that God will give me a second chance at marriage. I think God's speaking to me lol! There was a point in time where I did not want to be married whatsoever because I saw what happened with the marriages of different members of my family. My biological mom was pressuring me for some time about marriage and all I could think was "but look at how you ended up..." I actually dreaded the thought of marriage even though I had a desire for it. In my head I'm like "God i see how things worked out for my parents, why would you punish me like that?" (Lol dramatic). I also see now how I sabotaged some of my relationships because of this fear that I would end up suffering like my mother and other women around me... but then again He did reveal to us how my parents marriage wasn't His will in the first place and that's why it turned out very bitter. Long story short, He's brought me a loooong way, I still do feel myself resisting at times but I'm ready. Abba's just continuing to work on me, lol I need all the help I can get! Many blessings sis ❤

Will your relationship heal the sick, provide for the poor, restore hope to the hopeless, teach the motherless, build homes for the homeless???? What is its purpose. If there is no PURPOSE, God is not in it.

It happened! Even I don't rejoice on that they damaged me and now they were put in public shame on TV for fraud. Praise the LORD because He's my Shield and fortress whom shall I fear

I meet a Pastor and we been together 4 months having touch each I'm waiting for God blessings We are very fun of each other we love each other but I went to get to really know him his ups and downs I went make sure he is who I really want or is it lust am trying to see is he my soulmate
I told him let not rush things put God it the relationship frist so I know we well by happy together forever we pray for each other every night and day

To be honest, I am not really trying to look for a husband right now haha, although it does sound nice, I am still young (19 to be exact) and what ive really been praying for is friendships with people that are strong in the faith, its been a hard year and I have been lonely for quite some time; given up quite a bit and I'm still desperately praying that God will send me a Godly friend so my prayer isn't for romance I just want a friendship.

You may feel alone but don’t feel lonely. God is always there. I too (at 27) face the same struggle. What helped me was writing down everything I am grateful for instead of focusing on what I don’t have. When we live in ‘lack’ mentality, God may be holding onto those blessings. We have to learn to be content with him and only him EVEN if it’s by ourselves. Maybe it’s just a season we’re called to walk alone

I am 59 years old.....hope deferred makes the heart sick. I am praying to be content in my single situation.....I am tiring of disappointments & unfulfilled dreams. I thank God for ALL HE has done.....I have not done everything right ....I'm weary of expectations that go unfulfilled.

I agree with and receive this prayer by faith according to Gods will and timing in Jesus Christs name. Praise God!
I tend to stray away from the ideas that a man and a woman complete each other. If a man is single (whether he is called to be a husband or not), I feel that it isn't his wife who completes him, but God who has already completed him. He is complete in Christ. The bible doesn't say that the half and the other half become one flesh, or the half and the one become one flesh. No, the bible says the 2 become one flesh. In order for there to be a total of 2 there needs to be 2 separate, complete people ( 1 whole man and 1 whole woman).
I do agree that the woman compliments the man in many areas of his life and as a team, they are even greater than they were when they were single. They compliment each other. The wife fits and heals the pieces of the puzzle in that man's life, but I don't agree that she completes him.
I do, however, agree with everything else that was said in this video. :) I thank you sister Dephne for sharing this with us and for following the voice of the Lord. Thank you for praying over us and I pray as well for your godly marriage.
