EXCELLENT video. Best one I've seen in a long time. No BS of posters personal life, no music because the poster needs to share his musical taste. EXCATLY what you search for and jumps right in without BS. I don't watch videos to get to know the poster. I want to know how to fix without 10mins of junk talk. THIS ONE DEFINITELY DELIVERS
Indeed again, awesome work. I've done this before but these vids of yours are welcome to anybody doing this a first time. No BS, no stupid narration, just a good account of the process. Thanks for taking the time and making the effort man!!!
Great little vid, now I know how to replace my missing cifar lighter too! Haven't looked yet but any instructions on replacing a door lock actuator - my next task.
Great video. One of the best how-to's I've seen. At 1:20, that trim piece... How does it go back in? Those tabs appear to interfere with the thumb-screw posts underneath. The trim piece in my Jag was already broken when I took it out. Thank you for taking the trouble to produce this fine instructional video.
Hi when you took out the stereo panel was there enough room to fit a small amplifire in the cavity ? 7.35" x 2.5" x 1.5" ?? (W x H x D) 181 x 38 x 64 mm
Thanks for the vid. I have the same radio on my '97 Jag XK8, and the backlight doesn't light up anymore. Do you know if the bulbs are accessible (so I can replace them)? I saw another helpful vid where the Jag owner changed bulbs of the Climate Control Panel above radio, but the radio itself here at 7:16 looks pretty "secure". Any thoughts?

Brilliant !! No crap music in background to distract.
Thank you very much. It was just what I was looking for.

Thanks for the video! A button on my A/C is misbehaving. Now I know how to access it ;)
Going to be doing the same on mine as my tape deck keeps switching sides. Thanks.

Your video has been very helpful. Thank you! (Y)
By the way, did you happen to replace the bulbs which are right next to the rear curtains?

Good work my friend, I didn't know about the plastic wing nuts. Take it its a 3.2?
Are there bulbs under the gear shift indicator plate? (3:09) In my 91 XJ6, the indicators are a dim red. If so, it looks like star screw to access it.

I will be posting a video of me removing and installing a aftermarket double din dash in one of these jaguars. Mainly a 2006 xj
Any advice on how to remove the radio from a 2004 xj8?
A lot interesting, but because to take apart all that one? It was not better to use 2 blades and to make clic 2 blocks advanced.
Thank you!
this is a x300 i presume?
Is there options to install a radio that Has an aux in the 95 jaguar?
Yes . I have one
My next project is to replace the wives radio in her '02 x type. HELPPPPP
