Hi there if I were to chose the middle lane is it a must to check mirrors even though the vehicles left of you are going straight ahead

I'd advise that we should always be protecting ourselves from other drivers making a mistake. So yes, a left mirror check would be good 👍

I wanted to go from morrisons right onto Wolverhampton Street I was in the left lane what lane should I have been in 😭

Not sure exactly where you are going from and to, as I can't see Wolverhampton Street. I'm thinking maybe you were on A41 continuing to A41, but that's not a right turn?
