Arrival is one of the or if not the best alien movie I've ever watched. The way it didn't go for the typical slasher movie on itself was applaudable. And the fact that Denis Villeneuve directed it was another advantage❤
I am so glad you enjoyed Arrival. Dennis Villeneuve is such a unique director. He proved that Dune can in fact become a phenomenal film after so many failed in doing so.
Puss in boots is great on its own, definitely better than the previous puss movie imo. Also arrival is based on a short story so if you are into sci-fi short stories you may want to check out the author's (Ted Chiang) other work.

Arrival was STUNNING! It’s probably one of my favorite movies I’ve seen so far this year!
I will have to check out Arrival. It sounds similar to District 9, which I enjoyed when it came out but haven't watched again! 🖤
