How to open the cap to refill the water , it isn't opening up ... Because it's still warm ??

Wouldn't using demineralised water be better, as you don't have to worry about descaling?

Generally that would be a good thing. But demineralised or distilled water do have a slighly acidic pH Value. The boiler inside the kärcher appliances are not suited for that and can get damaged with time.

Once you fill the water and the steam cleaner is ready to steam how long do you get the continuous steam ? I have used the small bissel steam shot and its not able to give me continuous steam shot ?

If you read the manual, you will know that is as much 50% desmineralised or destilited water and you must mix with normal water always, they either recomendate only destileted

You mean with the SC2? Pretty much until the tank is empty if you wish so. I dont know anything about bissels steam shot sadly. We havn´t tested that one yet

@@wunschgetreu-reviewsmadein195 thank you for your response. Appreciate it . What i wanted to know is if suppose the tank has water and you pull the trigger is the steam available continuously till the water is empty or you need to give it a pause and then re pull the trigger to get another burst of steam ?

@@pavanka8213 Ahh, I think I understand now. You have to push the trigger for the steam to come out. so you have to keep it "pressed".
