    How is your breaker working after running the separate return line to the tank. I need to do the same thing looks like. I hope this fixes the issue otherwise the hammer is going up for sale.

      It's night and day 😀 it's way to much back pressure going true the central.

    Hi there, lots of good info on your videos. whats the cleaner spray you use to clean hydraulic tank? also what is the sealer/liquid gasket you use when you remont the hydraulic filter?

    • @MiniMachines1
      @MiniMachines1  4 года назад

      I use brake cleaner from a bottle that charges with compressed air, don't remember the brand of silicone

      Hi thanks holiday was great 😃 i don't have the machine in right now but is there a hatch under it? On bigger machine it normally is that

      @@MiniMachines1 No worries, it was actually quite easy, to get that hose, we’re just two hoses on the way, a little tight but easy anyways. The only challenge is to put it back. But I just put it on from behind of the machine, from the bottom by twisting the hose itself until it got on, than tighten it with a tool

    Nice job. But I wonder how it is posibel to chanche at 100% the hydraulic oil. There will be always stuck hydraulic oil in the pistons, hoses and track motors? I suppose that you only the oil in the hydraulic reservoir can chanche?

    • @MiniMachines1
      @MiniMachines1  3 года назад

      Thanks, yes that's correct but you are changing 95% of the oil, as long as the oil is good and not contained with water or other stuff is no problem. If it's contained you need to do an other oil change after a few houers to get the rest.

      I viewed your channel to try to get info on the Service piping and free oil return details. I have a KX41-2A and the service piping is not used at present. But I would like to make a 'swiss arm knife' power head for flailing, riddling etc etc. So I need(?) a motor case drain rather than use non return valves.
      Your comment about oil getting hot returning through the shuttle valve,was something I had an issue with. I couldn't understand why the engine was overheating until I realised that service pedal was in engaged, as I'd lifted the locking cover on the pedal. Ports were dead-ended.
      Can you give more details on what you mean by single piping? My foot pedal has 2 positions and 2 pipes. The hydraulic diagram shows Service shuttle as a toggle on flow direction plus some mystery symbols.

      @@charliechancontraptions5951 Hi if you follow this link you will find an workshop manual for you'r excavator on page IV-217 there is an drawing on your return line, there you can see where to tap in for your motor drain. Link: hymax.no/u/Kubota-V-manual-KX36-KX41-3V.pdf

    • @MiniMachines1
      @MiniMachines1  5 лет назад

      @@charliechancontraptions5951 And if your pedal has 2 pipes it's probably dual aux on your machine so than you need to make an extra free return to tank, see the link I posted for where to tap in. it's page 567

    • @charliechancontraptions5951
      @charliechancontraptions5951 5 лет назад

      Thanks, Mine is the the 2A so not the same. I have a manual for it but it is very poor. Especially the quality of the images. The service shuttle valve is a bi-directional changeover working off a 2-way rocker pedal. The logic from the diagram is that it swaps the feed and return lines, To reverse direction of a piston. But it's listed as intended for a breaker, which isn't reversible, or dead-ended (always a flow path)?
      Trying to get Kubota technical involved. Also..where is the oil tank vented (or not)

    • @MiniMachines1
      @MiniMachines1  5 лет назад

      @@charliechancontraptions5951 Normally the oil tank is vented true the filler cap. But for your purpose with the drain for the hydraulic engine you only need an free return and you will find that on the manifoild and maby you could do an T pipe there?
