Excellent video! I have the k008 with a thumb. It’s an excellent excavator! I find that it’s a little temperamental to start when cold. Do find that too? It requires a few tries before it gets going, but then it runs fine. It’s a new machine.

Job well done..90%of the time people would order new rollers rather than refurbishing them...you save a lot of money and used your spare time to do that...
If you just get yourself s cordless grease gun would make your life much easier.... specially a dewalt one... cheers.

Great video! You take good care of your machine. How do you like using sticks? Is it much more annoying that joystick, or do you get used to it? Greetings from Denmark.

    • @MiniMachines1
      @MiniMachines1  3 года назад

Thanks 😊 it works great, it's the same as the joystick, but you don't get the ergonomics of a joystick with the rest for arms. But it works great you don't notice it much, but after a few hours you feel it ☺️

What model breaker do you have. I managed to run that line that returns to the tank for my breaker on my kubota k008-3. Time to test it out and hopefully it will make a difference. My breaker is a kubota kxb 310q your breaker physically looks larger than mine. I'm curious what the impact energy in ft/lbs is on your breaker.

Don't remember the model number but it's an furukawa 120kg hammer. Great little thing, used it since 2015 with no problems except my own fault with no free return

I have same machine with a problem. Runs fine full revs but jutters and lots black smoke from exhaust when put to low revs. Would you happen to know what the problem is and how to fix. Thanks. Great video by the way

Hi and thanks. sounds strange but injectors? It's probably not the normal things since it runs good on high rpm .

Thanks. OK I thought may be you remember elbow dimension you instaled for quick conections. May be the plugs are still in your workshop?
Thanks for videos. They are very useful for me as i got k008-3.
May be you will make video on hydro suction filter replacement and idler
      bearing replacement.
      Thanks once more!

@@janisrusins3289 It's some years ago I did the build. I could check with the shop I bought it from. The suction filter will almost never need changing, only if your return filter fail, ore you loose dirt in the filler cap, so I will not change that one soon I think. This winter I will change the seals in some of the hydraulic rams as they have some internal leakage.

OK thanks for tip with suction filter!
About dimensions of aux connection- it would be much appreciated if you could check that for me in future. No rush!
Do you remember dimensions for bearings and seals for idler? Are they same as for rollers?
      Thanks.
