    Old video today minimum bead is 3/16 and max is 5/16. Plus he made a cold fusion he waited to Ling to put pipe together

      Nate Sinner minimum bead is still 1/16 and that’s not what a cold fusion is

      Bead size means nothing scientifically. Its not an indicator for a ‘good’ fusion. Customers want it but ive seen way way worse then you see here pass astm testing. PE is very forgiving

      J S if it looks ugly they won’t pass it were I work N yeah it don’t gotta look good for it to work I just re tested n seen the inside of my fuse electrical n heat

      Man, I’m doing 3/4” gas installs and I have been hooping my pipe out of efv holes to avoid the ditch haha

      @@zstark907 Does nos seem practical, chance for many bad welds. Prime and glue seems faster and better.

    Question to Mc elroy... This method of face to face pipes welding.. Is it possible for all pipes sizes or some specific ones...

    We use alcohol on pipe and hot plate, never had an issue

    Butt fusion is superior to socket fusion in almost every way. I do not know why socket fuses are even made any more. Good video!

    The 2LC is a great machine, the 1LC is garbage though

    Time consuming .Glue sleeves seems faster. Doing this in a ditch on a cold windy day opens up lots of mistakes.
