Aravah mean arabia in hebrew real arabian and hebrew are same father

Arava means willow or grassland in hebrew , not sure about the arabic meaning though , are you arabic native speaker?

@Y A There is no natural lakes, but there is something called "GEV" that is like a pond filled with rain water in this time of the year.

@Y A Its is named after the mention in the bible and the ancient time and its meaning is desolate and dry area. The Arabah is 166 km (103 mi) in length, from the Gulf of Aqaba to the southern shore of the Dead Sea.
