Starting college can be a very scary experience... So to surprise a new student who’s been kind to others in the process... We went around a University’s campus to find an unsuspecting stranger... to pimp out that person’s dorm room... here’s what happened.

It was Andreas, he is Jon Olsson's ex cameraman so I'm not surprised.
Not ex, but he wanted to be Jon Olsson's cameraman, but someone else got the job (Benny). Andreas Hem as long as Arnie Watkins tried to be he's cameraman for some days so he could se how they worked with filming and editing.

@@nickmccain9249 yeah that's what I was thinking it's very inspiring to see ppl accept Yes theory but realistically if they weren't a channel with millions of subs and a track record of making these kind of videos ppl would probably say no. Most of these things happen at least a day later so gives the person plenty of time to look them up.
Will Reese - omg truuuue, Like their video I just watched where (Im new so i dont know their names yet) he went to city without money and just his skateboard thingy (my memory is very bad so it’s gonna take me some time to remember exact names of things lmao) and these two girls he talked gave him their contact info to their dorm but said they would let him know later if he could stay over night. Obviously, he most likey told them about the channel they have so they felt more legit that he wasn’t lieing.. so those girls must have searched him up, realized he was legit and his channel was legit and then they decided to call him back like “hey, we’ve decided you can come over” 🙃 no shame in that, we must protect ourselves because sadly not everyone has good intentions and may be lieing.. so they were smart girls but obviously, they would have never called him back if they had absolutely no info about a man they meet on the street asking for permission into their home for a night lol

@@budderbear What a ridiculous comment. Of course I have, in my rented apartments both before and after university. However, some university dorms have strict regulations regarding this - at mine, not only were you not allowed to drill holes, but you were also not allowed to patch yourself if you happened to fuck up and drill one anyway.
That isn't entirely unreasonable, it was for insurance requirements - since there would otherwise be that one student that patched a hole with newspaper or some other such nonsense. Or the ramen and resin thing .. So they would mark where their own maintenance crews had previously done repairs on a move-ín sheet that had a room diagram on it. If they inspected the room after you left, and noticed any evidence of patches not on that sheet, you were doubly screwed. First for drilling in the first place, and again for tearing out the patch and redoing it themselves.
Of course not every dorm is so strict, but I can understand the comments people have written saying they hope that the guys checked what was allowed.

It looks like dorm style housing, so her electricity won’t actually go up because you just pay a flat fee at the beginning of semester no matter how much water, electricity, etc. you use.

There were 4 kindest things that have ever happened to me that stood out:
(from least to best)
1)A classmate just randomly got me a merch gift because i was a fan of a tv show, so he went all the way to this shop to get it.
2)I was at Starbucks & ordered a drink, then i wanted to change it but mine was already ready so I said nvm, but they still made me a new one that was even more expensive because I was a foreigner.
3) I was sad teared up a bit by a fountain outside, so this police guy came up to me to ask if everything was okay, if i needed any help, if I needed to call my parents. I said everything was okay and he was like “are you sure? Don’t let anyone upset you, everything will be okay” and then left
4) I was sitting on a rock waiting for my dad (it was like between the houses road, in the countryside) I had a headache so my head was tilted down and I guess I looked upset. This old guy came out from his yard and gave me a newspaper to sit on because the rock was cold. Then like 10 minutes later he sent his old wife from the house to go and ask me if everything was fine, if i was lost and if i wanted tea. My mom was on another rock a but further, so she said that everything was okay thanks, and then they felt relieved, the old lady was like “Thank God, I was gonna invite her inside we thought she was lost”
These are like the nicest things ever they made me so happy, they are just such random genuine acts of kindness, may Allah bless these people. Never stop doing good peepz.
