Samus can actually reasonably approach other top tiers. Falcon can nair through her everything, and to properly punish it she needs to poke. Going for more damaging pokes means he can knee her OoS, and if you're above Falcon you just lose.
The great thing about Falcon is that he has combos on every member of the cast and gets combod really hard by everyone. That being said, Falcon dicks on Samus.
I love Duck's mentality. He knows that even when his character has flaws that are exploitable, in this case by Captain Falcon, he doesn't just john and let that hold him back like you see with a lot of people. He knows that he's still capable of winning simply by being a better player which is something I don't see a lot.

His uair also juggles you free, and even knee can have a kind of similar effect to nair, and they both either set up combos or get him position with little need to actually pay attention to what Samus is doing for a decent risk reward ratio.
the only reason The matchup with falcon is boring is because its one of the only ways for a falcon to take samus out. let alone such a achievement is hard for a falcon , simply because samus just fucking floats away from his Combos.
