    Cool i wanted to see these in action more, im actually waiting for a couple of 24 inch tubes straydog sells to add to my already existing sliding lever arns and switch out when i want a different feel. This will cost me about 2-3 hundred total to create my own Goat attachments. Thanks for the vid

    Good video. I've been considering the same. Some questions. (1) I was considering the JDGym 8" straight handles, but it looks like you have the Oak Club Campbells. Got me thinking that maybe the angled handles help offset the ROM issues that shorter arms present. What are your thoughts on the angled versus the straight handles? (2) After a year of using them, do you still have a boner for them, or are there regrets? Thanks

    I wonder if I can add longer arms to my goat arm to do pressing movements, at least 34inches to get better range of motion? Thinking about getting another one. It looks like I could since I just need to remove the bolt in the center of the brackets. I like the goat better due to the brackets and also the fact that they are easy to remove.

    Great review. Looking into getting a pair. I want to get those 45 degree handles for a more neutral/angled grip for chest /shoulder movements. Have you used them for that?

    Hi, GREAT video curious if you're still using and enjoying them? I've been looking at smaller, easily removable lever arms for awhile and never got them because I have two cable systems on my Rep rack. I want a Hammer Strength type movement for shoulders and incline presses and these look great and I can also use the continuous resistance from cable system fast to change weights for drop sets! I'd love to know which attachments you bought especially the knurled grips!

    • @azuwhr
      @azuwhr  10 месяцев назад

      So yes, I do use them almost every workout for different exercises. The grips are from Rogue fitness and are actually their pull-up single grip bars. then for the plates I just use the single plate holders from Rogue. I highly suggest them

  • @chrisdonnell2575

    I've come back to these as I'd like more variety for chest and shoulders and might also use them for lats and rowing. Still enjoying them? As I have a cable system would have to attach and take off but looks fast only a min or two max per side right?
    What are your favorite exercises you're still doing on them?

    • @azuwhr
      @azuwhr  5 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah I still use them all the time. I like shoulder presses the best with them but I use them for all kinds of exercises.

    Do you think the GOAT with a lat seat pad would make a good alternative to the Sorinex Bulldog pad? I was thinking about purchasing the bulldog, but now I'm wondering if the goat option would work as well and give me more versatility.

    • @azuwhr
      @azuwhr  Год назад

      I think so. STRAYDOG sells a seat that can attach to it plus like you said you can do a lot more with it then.

    How is the resistance? I recently ordered these and am curious to see if the resistance is accurate to machines or not

    • @azuwhr
      @azuwhr  11 месяцев назад

      It’s really going to depend on how you set them up. As far as how high you put them in.

      @@azuwhr you mean where you put the weight pin?

    • @azuwhr
      @azuwhr  11 месяцев назад +1

      @@michaeltylermedia kinda hard to explain. So depending on where you put it in the rack and then place the second pin will determine the resistance. I should do a follow up video.

    • @michaeltylermedia
      @michaeltylermedia 11 месяцев назад

      @@azuwhr not a bad idea. I came here to ask that question because I had just watched another video complaining about Jammer arms and the lack of resistance until about midway through the motion.
      I wonder if it’s different with these because of the shorter lever arm

    • @azuwhr
      @azuwhr  11 месяцев назад +1

      @@michaeltylermedia I really haven’t had that issue with resistance. Let’s take incline press for example. If you sit up straight and have the arms infront of you then you will lose resistance. Now if you put the lever arms like at level two with the pin, and then sit your bench at an incline, you’ll have no problem with resistance at all.

      The problem with the traditional lever arms is that they are way too long and heavy. Extremely painful to store or move them.
